I Went to blue ocean restaurant yesterday. I have an image of what I had ordered. "Nachos for R124" I was served with stale Doritos, some melted thick cheese & abit of Dip of a sauce in the middle. The image does great justice to my statement here. It was absolutely terrifying to see. Very unhappy with this service. Wasted money.
As a first year student at Richfield .. it's surely been a crazy year with alot of ups an downs. Especially for me , because being 10 years out of school an only being able to start financing myself to scarifice an study now is a milestone within itself. It's been a long journey an it's only the end of the first year with alot still face ahead . With that being said .. I must recognise my administrative person . Vinisha . She has been a really great help in aiding an assisting me throughout this year. To be honest , I actually felt has if I was irritating through the year with always emailing her with this most questions hey. But she never ever turned me away an was always willing to assist me. She is a great asset to the Richfield institution. I believe we need more people just like her , because these are people that will make a student journey a better journey . Kindest regards. I had a terrible experience with McDonald's service today. So I am very fami**** an regular on the Mcdelivery app that is used for McDonald's. Today I ordered my lunch at 13h00 today. Payment always goes through within seconds. So money leaving my bank account is very quick. Predicted time of arrival of my order was to be at 13:50. As 14h00 dawned upon me an my starving self I decided to call the Westville McDonald's branch. Because I am literally working 5 minutes away and the order always comes from there. Only to my greeting of absolutely pathetic rudeness from the staff , first a lady answered , I started to explain my story .. she just left the call , to pass it on to another lady.. who then did the exact same thing to me as I was talking .. then it came to a guy. This time I asked for a name first . He was named nzama or something. So I explained to him. He tells me my order is on hold an I must wait for Uber to sort out my McDonalds..so my order was acknowledged an my name an whatever I ordered was showing on there side . In my disbelief this was very upsetting to hear I did my best to keep my cool an seeked Solutions. But in return all I got was attitude from this nzama guy. When I made reference to saying that this makes " no sense " he kept asking me in a very rude manner .. what do I Mean by saying this an sarcastically telling me " the customer is always right " .. all of this at this point is so much more frustrating because it's not helping me an my hungry self. Beyond that. My money as already left my account for this meal I've ordered. Now it has gone onto 15h30 still nothing... The app says order in progress. I once again called the store to be greeted by another person. When I asked for nzama . They said his not there today. Then I was called at 16h10 to be told that the manager is personally going to drop my order off. So 3 hours later .. I'm suppose to have a meal I ordered for lunch ? I told the guy don't bother because I just finished work at 16h00 so I wouldn't be around waiting for that meal. This was a terrible day for me an the service I recieved. Let's keep in mind that I am here typing this , on this evening after 19h30.. without my money.. further more.. starved an came home.. without my McDonalds order either. So I'd really appreciate some assistance with this matter. McDonald's is a huge franchise . A pricy one as well. A luxury actually. But it's something that I personally only treat myself to once in a while. But I believe with my customer care an experience.. The creators of McDonalds.. those 2 brothers. If they were Alive to know I experienced this They would be very disheartened an dissapointed. Because this isn't a legacy they built to be run in this manner. Good day I've done quiet a few orders with netflorist but the delivery yesterday to my girlfriend wasn't good. The presentation was good . I was glad about that. But the chocolates inside was all melted upon receiving. And I felt very bad. So this is my reason for my review cause I feel that was very embarassing from my aspect an point of view. Unfortunately had a terrible experience at the KFC in umkomaas south coast. I placed an order online for a certain special. On arrival to the KFC to pay an collect order. I was told that the technical team never update the system which never make sense because I was able to process the order through the app an to collect at that KFC branch . Almost an hour of wasting my time . I came to a conclusion that they could not help me but they still didn't have an answer or resolution for my issue. It was very dissapointing. This is what brings down businesses in our country. The treatment was very bad.
Good evening I just had a terrible experience at the roseneath superspar here in Umkomaas. I'm a local resident , regularily shopping at this spar. This evening after work I went in with my little sister. Bought a few things When approaching the FNB atm . The African security guard named Siyanda cut us off in order to try to help another person whom he cut in front of us with When I told him he shouldn't be cutting is off. He told me to **** off. Which was very offending an rude. Not forgetting the fact I'm with a child in the store. He went on to argue in Zulu an saying **** off again. I spoke to the manager an she said she will look at the cameras will lack of any help. This was a terrible experience an I want something to be done about this. Cause I told the guard he shouldn't have this kind of attitude especially having a job an hr is at work an I am a customer when I enter that store. I did tell an scream at him as well as I was not embarassed but I was ashamed of the service an disrespect of the vulgar language used against infront of a minor. But a so called security guard. I've been a loyal customer to DStv MultiChoice over all these years. I heard of this amazing compact package offer that DStv is offering their disconnected past clients for the festive @ R250 for next 3 months on compact. So my question to Zama whom I just got off the line with from their head office. Howcome a loyal customer like myself isn't offered this option ? Yet others can benefit off it. An I got no answers , no help. So DStv expects me as a loyal paying customer to pay R410 for compact. I don't see how this is fair. Absolutely pathetic an basis service from DStv. It is very dissapointing to be treated as such after all these years.
Good day. I am very annoyed an disgusted with the manner of a so called deshnie Chetty manner of speaking to on a call. I know how a call centre works. But she insisted on speaking to my mother . Yet my number was the number dialled. I may have sworn in the end of the call . But besides that. She could of answered my questions. An to call me a " 3rd party " is very rude. Because she doesn't know my mother. That's my mother an there's a very valid reason why my number is to be contacted regarding my mother. Further more I'm at work. I kindly answered the call. Also she couldn't simply tell me what the call was for. So how can people like this. Apparently working for 12 years in the call centre not have basic respect an manners towards people they calling that they don't know ? All she was thinking about was getting a sale ? . Good day. This is the first time I'm actually giving a public review to an experienced but I had to on this aspect Today my family an myself was treated so damn disgracefully at the Game store in the Galleria branch. It was literally the worst experience in my life of shopping anywhere. We were really treated badly. We went to do school shopping for my younger sister. We bought quiet a few items as well. At the door was was treated with such rudeness by the red alert security guard. Whom had treated us as if we stole items from the store. We very well know it's his job to check each item in our belongings an packets. But it's the impression an manner that you do it as well. An it's easy to read by a person's body gestures an manners of doing something. He kept saying we have 1 extra book. We went back to the lady whom was the cashier who got upset herself. Cause she knew she very well scanned each other item one by one. Each book actually . But this guy insisted that it was extra. I was upset that I reached the high point of raising my voice in the store. Not my finest moment . Considering the store was full but I did apologise to the cashier an she was very sorry as well even though she did know wrong. But what got me worked up was the guard himself. Cause when we were walking out again . My mum was just clarifying with him . Cause she was dishearten herself. He went on to be sarcastic an still smirk through his mask ..an be smug about saying that we still took an extra book. That really ticked me off. An I told him not to speak to her in that manner cause that's my mother. We wouldn't voice our opinions if we were wrong as well. But besides that we would humbly admit if we were wrong in anything we do. Overall it was the worst experience especially for a well established store such as the Game . It makes us people not want to even shop there again . Also there was no managers available apparently when I asked for further assistance within the store. When I questioned another staff member at the door about the security's actions His words where " his the security his doing his job an he walked away " . I've worked in retail stores before for atleast 2 years. I very well know what customer service should be. I even was a supervisor at one stage of my life as well. So I know the training that's to be done . But I never see it at all today. It hurt further to see my younger sister an mother walk out so unhappy . It's dissapointing that there was no sheer kindness an humanity in the manner of the staff an how they handled their jobs today. I hope my feedback makes a difference an chance. Cause we need a better civilization in our world ... We need to change for the better. We are all humans. We may be different colours But we all bleed the same colour. Thank you.
