STELLANTIS SA: FIAT 500x 49 without my car 30+ days of Diagnosing on a FIAT 500X!!!! Purely 49 days of frustration!!!! It took 32 days to get STELLANTIS SA management involved. I love the products you bring in, but without support these products are worth nothing! Not even a parts issue
Tracker SA, the corporate Bully! Signed up for service on a new car. Upon scheduled installation, the crew realised the vehicle already had s unit installed. Found the selling dealership paid for the unit and install. Sale cancelled and now TRACKER SA is demanding full termination fee, they are not monitoring the vehicle snd received full payment for install and the unit therefore not suffering any financial loss. TRACKER SA, you are a disgrace to the treating a customer fair concept! Do not sign up with these Bullies!

Received calls stating my Multichoice acc is overdue. I do not have a Multichoice contract, I had a month to month cash payment account months ago. Blake&Ass’ staff members would call snd say they are calling from Multichoice, once you question them how they got to the amount claimed they would refer you back to Multichoice, after being rude, refusing to substantiate, quantify the claim. These calls would occur daily, with threats to blacklist, sue. This is an abuse of power by this firm. Is this what their directors stand for? The one agent explained, should you stop paying Multichoice would then apply a grace period of free viewing. Should you thereafter not activate the account by full payment Multichoice would then hand you over to this firm to ****** a payment from you. Calling either Multichoice or Blake&ass is of no use - you get thrown from pillar to post Well blake&ass, why don't you set a court date since you and your team refuse to hand me any details to your claim. I would love to make some fun of you and your customer! The number of similar reports is concerning, clearly this is how They operate, abusing the “system”
Pathetic!!! No service from Matlosana mall or complaints team!!! Matlosana refuses to service if you arrive near their "closing time" It is obvious that the shoes we bought has a defect, the store refuses to exchange as they cannot resell the shoe - I did not know that they even resell items brought back. BASICALLY, THEY SELL USED ITEMS, FAULTY ITEMS. The staff at Matlosana also made it clear that the consumer protection act does not apply to them as Studio 88 has their own policy. Mrs R Philips from the complaints centre assured me that she will resolve, provide feedback, to date she did not even bother to provide any feedback, rather opted to ignore my mails etc.

Paid for firearm in 2020, only to find out they do not have the firearm in question, 6 months later. Dave sheer refuse to respond to my emails. Not getting through on the landline either. They do respond via facebook messenger warning me about legal implications should i post on their service. What kind of servive is this???
Pathetic, paid you in 2021 for a firearm only to find out you do not have the firearm. Do not accept telephone calls, does not respond to mails.
