This is for picknpay asap. 2 of my orders had missing items in them, they credit me on their app wallet and expect me to pay for delivery AGAIN in order to get my stuff!..I needed these things today but now I need to wait for 7 days for them to credit to my account

The biggest **** in the world!..these people have been debiting from me but not paying my creditors and because of that I’m in more arrears now!..they promised me the world only to ***** from me, when I asked to withdraw from our contract they sent a withdrawal letter with lies on it, claiming they are terminating our services because I didn’t meet “our agreement “ a BUNCH OF LIES!!!!..please don’t fall for them, they ignore emails and calls and all they want is your money!..they take advantage of people in need
I am digested by the service I received today. I ordered myself pie and ****ins from woolies and my driver was to arrive at 1:05.. at about 12:50 I lost connection and luckily I saw that and by 1:05 my connection was back and then I received a notification that my food was delivered. The driver left with my food and didn’t even bother to give me a call, why do I have my cell number if you can’t call or text. The connection lost was internet but calls could come through, I tried to report on Uber and they told me they can’t refund. Why didn’t he leave my food with security and leave then!..he didn’t bother to call me or ask them to me!.. I was left hungry and broke cause they are refusing to refund me. I want my money back, I had no intention on spending 100 bucks on someone I don’t know! I want my money!
I was supposed to receive a delivery from these guys on the 28th. After receiving texts that they were on the way to deliver it that day I realised they were not arriving and tracked the delivery only to find the parcel was “delivered” I never received no call from the driver nothing!..up to this day I have no idea where the parcel is and nobody is taking account, I am disgusted by this service !driver was Sbusiso Malaza
A Bunch of fraudsters is what you guys are. i bought a house through a guy named Thabo who works for this company. he lied about so many things about the house. made promises about having the house fixed before i move in. DID NOT HAPPEN. HE IGNORES MY TEXTS AND CALLS. HE WASNT EVEN HERE WHEN I MOVED IN. TOLD ME HE HAD TO ATTEND A WEDDING!!!!.. ONE OF THE LADIES XOLI WHO WORKS WITH HIM, WANTED ME TO PAY FOR ASSITANCE IN THE GOV SUBSIDY I AM BEYOND AGITATED AND I WILL CONTINUE TO TELL PEOPLE ABOUT YOU
I am sitting in the cold in kokstad,fingers frozen as I type waiting for a bus that was expected to depart at 19:35 but absolutely no sign of the bus and I have not received any communication regarding this!.. I am utterly disgusted by this as I paid a large amount to be sitting like this. Its freezing here
Kfc in amadale Johannesburg. Zanele was so lovely, I received the best customer service ever from her. I’ve never experienced such friendliness in a kfc and she did her outmost best to ensure we were satisfied. If possible kfc must promote so trains everyone to be like that.
I love this hospital, I have never had a problem with them, the staff is friendly and very helpful. My problem is that my child was admitted on the 15/04 and discharged on the 18/04. I’ve been checking with medical aid to see if they have authorised her stay and there is nothing. I called the hospital and spoke to Siyabonga who confirmed he will call me back regarding my issue, he took my medical aid number and other details but I still have not received any call from him. I called my medical aid today and there’s still no authorisation. My is the co payment I will have to pay because they have failed to do their job! I am not going to pay for a co payment nor will I pay for claims that weren’t intentionally authorised to lip
At this point I am beyond annoyed with you!..you service is ridiculously bad, I’m paying for absolutely nothin!. Decoder stopped recording a long time ago, I no longer can rewind or fast forward and why I ask it says something about PVR.. when I ask your agents what PVR is they also don’t know,tell me I should go to the DSTV shop!.what is the point of having a call center if I’m not going to be assisted . I’m beyond annoyed
