TERRIBLE FAULT REPORTING HOURS ON THE PHONE
Terrible fault reporting service, every fault takes two to three hours on the phone, , help is mostly limited to providing your account number and password. Looking for a better service provider

ARAMEX BAD SERVICE. NOT RECOMMENDED
Bad service from Aramex. 6 Days after shipment from Durban to Centurion, and still no idea if or when i will receive my parcel. Updated address, theirs was a total mess, Sent delivery address and contact number twice thereafter. Sent a map, Google map link. Get message : Attempted Delivery - Customer Not Available / Delivery Rescheduled. Aramex never appeared on our security cameras. No one called for instructions. No attempt to rectify the situation, just maybe next week :( :( If this was Courier guy, I would have received my parcel with one or two days. Aramex might be great overseas, but locally it sucks.

Missing Midrand JMPD / Traffic Police
Does Midrand still have JMPD Traffic Police?. NEVER see them on the roads during peak hours. No policing, speed traps, vehicle inspections, traffic fines. Complete disregard for traffic laws in Midrand, no one to check, and no one cares. At major junctions most traffic lights are dead, causing massive delays, no one to direct traffic. Thank you to Outsurance, (a private insurance company), trying to fill the gaps left by the absent traffic police.

Excellent service
Bought a new distributor for an old Bakkie, Chatted on Whatsapp, fast and friendly response. Verified part, sent the part with Courier Guy in a day, received it two working days later. Fitted the part and it works and looks great/ very happy :)

Bakwena N4 Around Doorpoort. Huge delays, massive congestion for weeks, AVOID
Bakwena N4 around Doornpoort Toll Gate. Continuous 15-30 minutes delay and 3-5 km backed up traffic on a toll road for weeks on end. AVOID AT ALL COST, go elsewhere, save your time and money.!! Bakwena have no respect for their customers, no planning when it comes to road upgrades, they fix a bit here and there all over the place in such a way as to ensure maximum congestion and maximum delays. Emergency lanes are open for all who want to push in and cause even further delays to those already waiting and they charge you money to endure this. DONT

Massive scam by MTN? Investigation in progress
MTN ALLEDGED SCAM. You have a MTN contract for x number of years, the contract expires, you do not renew it, you stop all payments, cancel contract. MTN keeps invoicing you every one or two months without providing any data or voice services. (SIM Card disabled for non payment). This continues until you receive a call from debt collectors that you owe MTN a few thousand rand and have to pay immediately. When you check, MTN claims you never cancelled your contract and must pay the outstanding amount in full before the contract can finally be cancelled. MTN benefits by using your unpaid bills as income and your account as an active subscriber to boost their bottom line and share prices. A TOP legal team is busy investigating this alleged scam in preparation of a class action law suit. Waste of money.
Waste of money. They dont pay for pre op visits, specialist or anesthetists fees during operation, almost covers hospital fees. You need serious savings to have a "hospital plan " with Affinity
