very *********** inconsiderate to the customers
I returned rotten veges at the soweto jabulani branch was told of the seven day rule which does not appear on the slip i fought until i asked for a manager guess what was not refunded instead given veges that was not the amount of what I bought by the so called supervisor

Rude Cashier
Good day i was at Shoprite Jabulani Mall this morning and was a attended by a cashier by the name of luyanda felicia nyembe who had no etiquette and manner to serve customers i bought my groceries and she folded her hands and was conversing wth one of the cashiers its where i said to her do you expect me to pack my own groceries and she started packing and throwing things roughly some of my staff fell and i said why are you throwing things like that she looked at me like i don't exist and called for another customer very rude and does not respect customers

I went to game jabulani mall in Soweto to exchange some goods so I was told that I must wait for the so-called manager who took her time had to wait for a mere 30minutes guess what on her way to us was dragging her feet did not even greet us we don't need people like that especially when you work with people

Bad service for poor pensioners
Good Afternoon I wrote to you about this supermarket about their apauling service with regard to the treatment given to pensioners I again experienced the same on the 7th we waited two hours on the queue some are on crutches this is really getting out of hand how many times must one complain until we are helped Please help
