However, I was provided with false information regarding the condition of my battery. Despite raising my concerns with the dealership, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. As a result of the incorrect advice I received, I am now facing additional costs and inconvenience. Moreover, my motor plan lapsed last month, adding to my concerns about the lack of proper service and care provided by BMW The Glen dealership. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and provide me with a resolution at the earliest. I trust that BMW values its customers and will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation. I am extremely disappointed by the BMW Jounurg South dealership with their service. I booked my car in their dealer to replace the battery on my BMW 320i last month on the 26 May 2025. The lady who was my service advisor gave me a wrong report, stating that the battery is still fine and they charge it, assuring it will never give me problems again. Despite my numerous complaints about the battery being flat and my maintenance plan expiring on the 28th of May, she insisted the battery was still fine. Now, the battery is causing issues again, and my motor plan has expired. I am very disappointed with BMW. As a loyal customer, the way I was treated has made me reconsider purchasing another BMW model.

I bled sweat and tears for Barloworld for a near-decade, only to be kicked to the curb in 2020. Was my enduring service to the company worth nothing? I, along with countless others, held shares at KhulaSizwe and we're left hanging onto empty promises. Who exactly are we supposed to hassle for our due payouts? It's like chasing smoke. I wanted to give you a heads up about the absolutely terrible experience I recently had with Bidvest Insurance. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. I hit a pothole that completely wrecked my tire the other day and submitted a claim with all the necessary photos. I practically did their job for them. Can you believe they haven't even bothered to respond? I have no idea if they are going to cover the costs, and I'm left having to fork out my own money for a new tire despite paying for their coverage every month. Hey, I'm ****ed with how OUTsurance is handling my case (7040621). My car was messed up in February, taken for repair at their recommended shop, and the front paint job is a ****** disaster. I took it back like they instructed, but then the repair shop wouldn't fix their error. Eventually, they agreed to do it for an outrageous R3000, which I felt forced to accept. Now, they expect me to drop off my car without offering a damn courtesy car from insurance. If I follow through, I'm left stranded. This service is pure BS.
Mix Telematics has been abusive to me I donβt even know where to start,I pay them every month and I have been asking cancellation for almost a year now and they donβt take my request seriously. I have not been using their service since 2021 because of I sold the car in year 2021 ,but for the past almost four years I have been paying them every month ππππππI am so disappointed even further on how the handle this issue because they threaten to take me to their lawyers,they are useless tracking company!
