Rochelle was very helpful, the service DebtRescue gives is top class!
Received my order damaged and not in a working condition, sent it back exactly as is. I asked for a refund and they said they will give me a refund in 14 working days they will just need to subtract a repacking fee of R170 (for bubble wrap) I agreed. It has now been 18 days and they sent a mail now saying they will need to charge an extra R180 for courier fees(knowing they sent me a damaged product) and R400 because they didn't receive a charger. Why did they not communicate this after receiving back the package and done the assessment, because they are grasping at straws.
Ordered toothpaste off Tik Tok on 12 December still I have received nothing. This seems like a scam. I have sent countless emails where there was some communication however they kept saying you will receive it soon every week. Now they just stopped replying. This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever experience. Wish I could give them 0 stars.
This was the absolute best experience I have had in a long time. The delivery was overnight and the extra accessories was a surprise. This is an excellent business. Well done excelltronics. I will recommend you to anyone and everyone.
Watch out, they use the same foot scrubber and facial spunges for everyone. So don't be surprised if you get athletes foot/fungus or breakout with acne afterwards. Make sure you sign your slips everytime you get something to drink. They overcharged us and are completely ignoring us in connection with the refund. Such a beautiful place and we had lovely the******s, but their clients are just important till you pay. Watch out for yourself!
Very poor service. I ordered a whacky Wednesday and cheesy chips with bacon for pickup. The cheesy chips is not worth it. Such a little amount of sauce and they forgot the bacon. I live very far out of town and what am I supposed to do now? Drive out very expensive diesel to go back. I think the employees should just do their job right from the start.
The food here is super expensive for the portion you get. I was in the one in mall of Africa. The food cost me R98 for still hard not cooked noodles, 4pieces of beef that was tiny and veeeery hard veggies and no sause, very dry. Not worth the money at all. I asked for normal but it was hot. There was a buy 1 and get 2nd meal half price.. The worker didn't advertise that to me I only saw it while walking out. He shoud have because then maybe I would have had enough food fo one person.
What a joke of a place. I wanted to order food for delivery but I was "out of delivery range" I work literally 950m from them they are in 6 van Riebeeck street Groblersdal mall and I work in 2 Bank street. How does your system work?
Our Romans pizza literally never has AVO, don't get me wrong, I understand when it's out of season but why when there is a superspar a walking distance in the same centre away WITH AVO FOR SALE, do they "not have avo". Absolutely horrible. Had to wait an hour for me to phone them and ask where my pizza is at, my number was incorrect on my online profile yes, my bad I fixed it now but hell SEND ME AN EMAIL THEN. So almost 2 hours for 2 pizzas excellent service, not.
There is a specific shop in Limpopo Groblersdal that has employees that are racist. I bought spandex in JHB one time where on the hanger it said small but when I got home to Limpopo it was a Large. When I went to this truworths they refused to swich it for me with the right size even though I showed them on the tag it clearly states that only when it is underwear they cannot return it. My mother in law also tried to go there and swich a shirt the day after but they refused as the tag was removed. They helped her the day before and knew who she was she had the slip and everything the tag just got torn off as she fitted it at home i.e COVID-19 and she couldn't find it. We both then went to the Truworths in Groblersdal Mall and they helped us without hesitation. They were very friendly and super helpful, so helpful that we even bought more clothes.
