This review is specific to Riona Raghubir at Gateway Flight Centre. I had a request for a complicated itinerary but Riona worked through every detail and provided more than was requested, as well as great advice on the trip. Just impeccable in terms of information and attention to detail. Any change I requested was made quickly and without fuss - just great service and a wonderful person to deal with. Kudos to Flight Centre Gateway for having someone like Riona on the team...hopefully more of your staff can learn from Riona.
I have signed up with Vodacom Fibre on 5 May and after calling them about 7 times and receiving only one call back from them; there seems to be no one at Vodacom that is willing to help and to own the issue to see it to resolution. Seems a bit ridiculous that the so called helpdesk agents say their only escalation path is to send a reminder to their 'back-office' every 24 hours and hope that they respond. I say 'back-office' because the agents I chatted with cannot even explain to me what this so called void or black hole actually does other than sometimes reply to their escalations. How do you work from home with no internet connectivity in today's times when you actually give Vodacom almost a full month to set up everything and yet they cannot?
Excellent service, friendly staff and specific mention to Amanda, Nasir & Belinda. Great location, clean venue and truly awesome staff all around. The only reason I am not giving this a full 5 stars is the parking; I am sure that can be factored into the pricing for the hotel accommodation and negotiated with the parking providers near by. I would definitely recommend this hotel
I bought a Nespresso coffee machine in December and I picked up an issue with it today. I called through to the Buy Nespresso helpline and go through to Nicole; the attitude and service as well as the information shared and the willingness to do everything to help is something that HAS to be commended. Nicole is amazing at what she does and if more companies had people dealing with their customers like Nicole - Customer Service would always be exceptional! Thanks Nicole for being so awesome!
Seroshay Kortje is an obnoxiously rude and incompetent uneducated fool. Imagine getting a call from someone who, when you answer the phone, just says I am calling from Fedex and I need your ID number or Import Code. When you try to ask for verification before just randomly giving your ID number, she gets stroppy and screams over you; such a petulant little child! She did not even give me the reference number of the parcel she wanted my ID number for so I cannot track it or chat with anyone else about. I am still waiting for her Manager: Sanjeev to call me back - I have left messages for him and there has been no response, so this may be a larger problem than just a single employee at Fedex
I have been trying to get a hold of someone from the service department in relation to a case 83-248836 since the beginning of January this year. The fault was logged and a case created with AEG Electrolux in early December, they sent a technician out on 22 December who informed me that a part needed to be ordered and that he would keep me posted on the progress. I have not heard back from either the technician nor from AEG Electorlux since. I have been trying to get a hold of them on 011 897 4600. It takes about 2-3 minutes for someone to answer after it rings and you select Service. Then they say they are transferring you but the transfer ALWAYS gets cut off and no one returns phone calls. I have had dealings with Beverley Makhene and Sheryll Govender via text but neither of them are ever available to take a call and follow up on the incident. I have a faulty fridge since the beginning of December and no response from these people. How horrible can service really get?
I have used Travel by Investec a few times and I have always had great service. This year in early January I booked a trip to travel in May and due to Covid and global travel restrictions all plans were cancelled. At this point most travel service providers, like tour companies, shuttle companies and airlines, were all in dire need of funds and not too many of them offered full refunds but rather gave out vouchers. I worked with Robinlee Mitchell, Nicole Saaiman and Nadine Loubser who have been tirelessly fighting with the tour company to get my refund. Although it has taken a few months, Travel by Investec stayed strong and consistent in the fight and I have just received a very large sum of money which I paid for an expensive trip in January...IN FULL. Thank you to Travel by Investec and specifically to the above named individuals.
I am dealing with numerous people at Multiply Online store and since 22 May when I placed my order (which still has not been delivered not refunded). I have called them more than a few times with not a single person returning my call on time. I have dealt with Sunil who is the Ops manager and Lesiba Manaka, Elsabe Viljoen and Themba Nyembe who are shop consultants. The most useless of the lot, does not understand basic customer service and has an attitude refusing to share information about the manager of the call center or who in FInance he supposedly requested the refund to be actioned with nor does he know how to calls after committing. I have asked their manager Anneline Cross to call me, and no surprise even this is not a request they can fulfill. It appears the atrocious service starts from the top at Multiply Shop = lead by pathetic example
Seems like Sandra cannot get anyone at Supersonic to contact me or respond appropriately to my complaint about poor service. See other reviews on Supersonic. This company is the worst and NO ONE should sign up with them. They bought over my contract when they bought Nepic - I will not be renewing with these useless *****s
