I cannot believe the horrible service I received today from their service department, I took my car in I was there at 7:45, left the car and told the ladies to call Wesbank for authorisation, I have been servicing my car at Tommy Martin eagle canyon for the past 6 services and had no issues at all, they normally call me around 13:00 to update me on when the car will be ready , To my suprise today, I did not get any phone call, at 15:45 l decided to Uber myself to the dealership ,only to find that my car has been parked the whole day and no service was done to it, What makes it worse is that the service advisor lady **** to me when I walked in and said she could see that the car had been serviced and was about to be probably washed, so I sat until I grew impatient and demanded feedback, by that time it was already 17:00, that's an hour of no feedback, only for the lady to tell me that my car will only be serviced and ready by (next day) Saturday or I can wait for a technician to quickly service it, meaning it would be ready by 18:00 l sincerely rejected and asked her why did she not communicate this to me "the whole day" and she said she thought she had it all covered" She told me that there were complications with Wesbank, but again why not communicate with me for a whole 8 hours, Long story short ,l took my car unserviced and I have decided to look for an alternative ISUZU dealership that's not under the supergroup, I will rather take it far. Service and communication is critical for me. I do not want them to resolve this, they already ruined my weekend, I will not be driving to KZN because of their mess up.
Horrible service honestly I would even recommend it to my enemy, bought a motorycle which one had no derka report sales agent told my everything was 100% with the bike and that it only had one minor damage on the seat, so I purchased the motorcycle online , I fetched the bike at webuycars germiston and took it to Honda the next day , honda told me that the bike’s engine had been opened and not even properly sealed , the whole engine has to be redone basically to fix the bike I bought for R13k is going to cost me R15k to fix , I called webuycars to lay a complain on the 25th of May to request for a refund and return the bike as this is completely unacceptable; it’s been more than 10 days waiting for feedback on my complaint The agent Mbali told me it would take 48 hours to solve this, but it’s been more than 11 workings days , everytime I call she claims she has escalated it and is waiting for management truly *** service ,still waiting for them I always had my doubts about webuycars , I don’t recommend please spend your money else where weele is a much better company
Horrible service from MFC assisted sales division , first of all they have one person dealing with assisted sales Anelis who is very much useless doesnt answer her phone, my issue has been going on for 4 weeks i submitted everything as required no one go back to me i have been calling MFC everyday with no success , really i would never recommend anyone to finance their car with nedbank mfc even if their rate is low dont ever ever go with them
Terrible service , I have 4 vehicles fitted with tracker units 2 of the vehicle trackers are faulty I can not track movements of my business cars , When I called tracker Port Elizabeth I was told a complaint had been generated and a technician would get back to me , 2 weeks later no call received , I called again they asked who did I speak to , how am I suppose to know the person I spoke to over the phone? After that they dropped, I tried calling again they do not answer now, I have been paying tracker for the longest of time , all my premiums are up to date , and yet I’m paying for faulty units, I’m really not impressed with the service received
Very pleased to say that I would highly recommend Bidvest Tyre angel & their scratch and dent cover over the past few months I have had to claim twice , Feedback was received within 24hrs, they replace my tyre with a new one Claims are processed in a few hours no excess whatsoever They provide a quality service I would highly recommend their cover #Happy customer
They deducted money for a collection and they never collected so I called them to cancel and get a refund , this was 5 weeks ago and I’ve been calling each and every day to ask for my refund , the staff is rude and not trained the other day she said “wait let me ask on the WhatsApp group” what kind of k*k is that, Anyway I called again and the lady dropped the phone on me , Terrible customer service I would never recommend dawn wing nor any Dpd laser , until I get my refund

Has to be worst body workshop in the world , Terrible customer service Marlon is very rude , shouts at you I wouldn’t recommend this bodyshop to anyone go somewhere else I wonder how they got these accreditations
If you need stress in your life then go for Netstar , I have the nano tracker fitted on my vehicle , I opted to upgrade to the Netstar plus with telematics ,did a telephonic contract It’s been 63 days and I’m still waiting for the fitment to be done 🤦🏽 Every time I call them they promise to come fit it the next day , no one ever comes Stay away from Netstar , I recommend ‘Tracker’ I have 4 cars with them I never have issues with anything
Terrible absolute nonsense , It’s been 3 weeks and my refunds has still not been processed, I’m never using their online shop
