Amazing service, communication and efficiency. - EVERY TIME WELL DONE!!!!! After an order was placed and dispatched by the supplier in 3 different parcels - all were delivered within 24 hours.
We have just had a huge ***** attempt on all our accounts, credit card and savings. Due to ABSA's competent ***** department they stopped everything before anything was taken. WELL DONE
No response to online request, only after 5 attempts did they contact me. It has been 4 WEEKS and still no assistance.
WOW - What excellent service. I made an enquiry on Thursday and my windscreen is already replaced, through insurance claim. Contacted me just 10 min after my online enquiry and authorized within 1 day. Very friendly on the phone and very polite and neat workers - Bonaero Park branch - Thandi, John and Hopewell - you can be proud of yourselves.
After numerous calls over the weekend after losing a loved one and pricing given verbally - we receive an invoice more than triple the quoted price.
So we hired a car in April 2024, got a fine and were advised of same. We paid for the fine and the additional R150 admin fees to Hertz. This was done on 12th June 2024. (2 days after being advised we had a fine). Today is the 17th of September 2024 and they still have not settled the fine. Now we are getting reminders from EMPD for the outstanding fine which has now been put into our name. It's been over 3 months, and they still have not paid the fine we have paid. This is totally unacceptable.

Over 2 weeks ago I placed and paid for an online order. 3 different items in total. Makro are very quick to take the money. One item arrived within a week, 2nd item cancelled due to no stock n(How can you sell something you don't have stock of??????) and third items STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. SO FOR OVER 2 WEEKS NO REFUND YEWT? (WHAT IS TAKING SO LONG?) AND AFTER 4 TRIES STILL CANNOT DELIVER REMAINING ITEM - COURIER CALLS ME AT 18H00 EVERY TIME TO TELL ME HE CANT MAKE IT COZ HE IS STILL IN PRETORIA - I AM ON THE EAST RAND. No reply to e-mails - no-one to talk to and no-one to assist. SHOCKING
