Game cape Gate what a shocking experience ! The manager dealing with the fridges extremely rude ! And probably the most unfriendly unhelpful person to have dealt with ! He clearly hates his job then there another woman who was siting doing nothing and physically told us she is busy she cannot help ! She was doing jack but just sitting it took throwing toys big time to get service ! Took hours to get what we paid for collected as no one sent the email to the game warehouse . When we went back into ask this manager who hates his job he shouted at us !!!just appalling people are allowed into jobs who don’t want to be there ! The store not busy there a reason for it ! Wrong people working there ! There better stores with friendlier and more helpful willing staff ! There were other people in the store also fighting with the exact same unfriendly dude The shopping center is amazing otherwise. Game doesn’t do the center justice!
Total sports cosmopolitan Zambia ! Absolutely shocking customer service . I walked in and 2 very unhelpful individuals sat staring at me discussing the fact I walked in on crutches . I greeted them . And asked them for a gift card . The woman finally got up and was no we don’t have those . She then carried on a conversation with another guy who discussed for sometimes while standing there about no gift cards ! Eventually I turned around and walked off . This woman eventually shouted after me try fouchini ! Wow total sports clearly you don’t need business ! But I will never step foot in there again ever ! I had to give a start cause they don’t do zero . Even 1 star is far too generous
Payfast is a very unfriendly un-user friendly organization out there ! Payfast you need to look at PayPal and see how a proper business is run ! You’re too quick to blame merchants than actually look at how terrible your system is ! One star is even too generous for you guys ! But this doesn’t give lower !!! Many people across South Africa complain about you so why don’t you actually look at the complaints and sort it out !!! Truly don’t know why anyone would want to invest in a company as poor as yours period !!! Business is tough now days try looking after yours cause clearly you don’t give 2 hoots !!!!
We been to I Jump before and what a blast couldn’t wait to go again . So after 3 years of covid stopping everyone from traveling we got our opportunity. Off to I jump fourways we went . Well never again ! Jumping on a trampoline is supposed to be fun for all ages ! Not at fourways you made us feel old and that we weren’t welcome it was for the young people ! And we aren’t even old !!!! We didn’t care about how you’re so called no you must jump like this and don’t jump like that bs !!! It’s a darn trampoline !! We have all jumped on trampoline’s since we were little kids !! And our kids have done the same ! Didn’t need to hear from your guy doing it oh he been off for a few days so he stuff and out of practice ! Again all we wanted to do was go jump and have fun ! Instead you turned it into the total opposite !!! Total joke really don’t take your kids or yourself to the fourways military boot camp cause they take the fun out of jumping !!
The cabanas at sun city I wouldn’t go there again . The towels smelt like moldy laundry . The one room which was a non smoking room stank but stank of cigarette smoke that even with the door open you could smell it down the corridor. But house keeping cleaned ? We had to beg and plead for bedding for the sleeper couch . The sleeper couch from the previous guest had not even been cleaned as the sheet was still tucked into the back of it . Drinking water we went to the vending machine to find it was broken . We went to reception to be told you can’t buy water here here go to sun city hotel and get at 23:00 at night ! Not sorry we can send someone to go get for you . Nope you go . Going to breakfast to rude woman refused entry cause our child forgot her meal ticket but cause the room that she slept in was filthy and stank of cigarettes and had to be moved her room number had not been updated on the system . So that’s the clients fault ? Mmmmmm your admin and housekeeping are a total joke and you’re not cheap . Never again . If only I had read the reviews I would have not gone ahead with this booking !
Mtn refuses to acknowledge complaints sent to numbers we were told to use ! For years we have told mtn that there is a problem and they have pretty much told us well there nothing they will do . This month alone we have have had hardly any coverage and messages , messengers calls you name it and we are not even acknowledged . It’s like mtn system has crashed completely and instead of taking responsibility they have gone ostrich ! It’s disgusting service mtn! You claim to be Africa no1 network so proof it cause you sure a hell are not at all !
After getting feedback from Dhl from my first review as no one likes negative feedback I was informed that my package is on time even though I paid for 72 hour shipping 10 days ago . ! by a representative . Well it’s now the 28 and low and behold my package is still not here . That’s now 11 days ! DHL you guys need to take ownership we not the only one complaining . Your service is shocking and way over priced !
Dhl express mmmmm . Clearly no such thing !!! Dhl in general is a joke ! You pay for a 72 hour shipment to be told oh no we actually don’t do that but it’s ok your package will be here in 10 days . But you pay ! Their client service is just as bad . Everyone and I mean everyone who is in senior positions are permanently on leave . Their agent depo which are meant to start work at 8 opens when they feel fit . Truly by far the worse courier service out there . So be careful if your going to use them check your rates and check again that it’s for your region . Cause they will happily take your money and not bother with actually providing the service !
Absolutely terrible service ! Obviously netflorist won’t see the review as apparently they not claimed on here ! But this is to warn other buyers ! Choose wisely ! A gift or flowers and macaroons was placed . Friend got the flowers and no macaroons to be seen ! Number of emails later oh we don’t have thiis in stock and don’t know when it will come back in ! If my husband had not confirmed with my friends husband netflorist would of scored money ! It’s just not on ! Do yourselves a favour find another florist to share a gift with cause these guys will ruin the moment hands down !!! And they don’t even deserve a 1 star ! If only I had read reviews before dealing with them !
