I absolutely regret taking my car to this dealership (Haval Mossel Bay) for a service. It’s a brand new car that I bought last year and this was it’s first service ever. When I left there after the service, the fan-belt has continuously been screaming. I took it back and they told me that there’s nothing that they can do about it. Absolutely horrific - there was nothing wrong with my car before I took it in and didn’t make a noise of a day old, now I’m stuck with a screaming car. Please take your car somewhere else, should you require a service
I went to this place because I saw a review about how accommodating they are towards dogs and wanted to check it out. I saw that there was chicken livers on the menu and asked our waiter if we could have one in takeaway for my dog without any spices, just plain livers as I want to give it to my pup, and she said oky. The livers came and they were the normal spicy livers. I asked the waitress if we couldn’t get it without the spices like we asked, to which she responded that that is just the way that it comes. I told her that she should’ve just told us that it can’t be prepared plain as I wouldn’t have ordered it then to which she responded “well it’s not intended for dogs anyways” She then very loudly proceeded to complain about the ordeal to her colleagues to which another lady came over and told me that if I wanted it plain, I should’ve just said so. I just told her that I did ask our waitress for plain livers, but she had agreed to it and then failed to deliver. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. While I appreciate that they claim to be dog-friendly, the reality is that they were not accommodating at all. The fact that they couldn't even prepare a simple dish of chicken livers without spices for my dog speaks volumes about their lack of attention to detail and customer service. Furthermore, the behavior of the waitstaff was unprofessional and borderline rude. Rather than apologizing for the mistake and trying to make it right, they chose to argue with me and make excuses. The fact that one of them even went so far as to make disparaging comments about my dog was completely unacceptable. In terms of the food itself, the we ordered Pizza which was absolutely stunning! However, the terrible service (which goes far beyond their gimmick), I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.
On Wednesday, August 27th we visited Totalsports in Mossel Bay Mall heiderand. We were getting new trainers and some other stuff and while we were looking for the right size shoe for my Mother the woman shouted at us from across the store to the back where we were “HOW FAR ARE YOU?!” It was almost closing time and they very clearly, were eagerly waiting to get out of the shop. 1. We work full-time, if we had the luxury of going earlier, we would have. 2. I went over to pay and told her that it’s unprofessional to yell at people like that to which she responded that she needs to get a taxi. The previous week we went to Totalsports in Langeberg Mall mossel bay looking for headphones. When I asked the lady to please open the case so that I can look at them and make sure they’re the correct ones she responded with, “to just look at or to buy” Until totalsports properly trains their staff about customer etiquette- you’ll never see me again.
The absolute worst service ever. A year ago I took out a small loan with Nedbank and I've been trying my hardest to reach out to customer service and the consultant that initially assisted me, Natasha Moonsamy to settle my account and pay it all off. No one is getting back to me and Natasha just gave me a number to call. Upon telling her that I unfortunately can not call the number as I am currently in America, she just said that she can't see settlements from her side. I asked her to refer me to someone who is able to assist me via email to which communication then went cold turkey again. I completely understand if something is beyond your scope of work, but at least refer me to someone that will be able to assist me?? How is it THIS difficult to get assistance to just settle your account? I feel like this is just one big scam NOT to help me out to ensure that I just pay more and more interest.
The shop consultants are always super friendly and extremely helpful! The quality of their products are unmatched!
The absolute worst service ever! DO NOT sign up with these guys unless you want to be lied to and stuck. Initially, when signing up, I was informed that there is a 2month cancellation period. I cancelled my contract and was then informed that it is now a 4-month cancellation notice. (Ridiculous) It has now been 4 months, with my last payment that should have been 1st of July (and it went off twice), yet I was charged again this month?
Last year November/December I bought a car from Hyundai, Constantia Kloof, and was assisted by Alfred Combrinck. His customer service was immaculate! He ensured that the whole process ran smoothly and hassle-free, however where he really went above and beyond was with the after-sale service. I'm extremely "stupid" when it comes to anything regarding cars and he was always willing to assist and go the extra mile, even by going so far as to arrange for my exhaust to be fixed at a dealership. I would a 10000% recommend Hyundai for anyone wanting to buy a car from a reputable dealership with trustworthy sales consultants.
The absolute WORST set of Nails that I’ve ever had! Every nail is a different length and thickness. What a joke. Can’t believe they were a sponsor for MRS. South Africa.
