I had a package sent to me I was told the package is ready for collection. Only to find out it was collected by someone else. When I complained, they try to assist. But I still haven't heard back from them.

I have phoned multiple times. Where I found no assistance. Sent emails with no response 😒
Today I went into Checkers Hyper to buy chicken strips. 1 items and it is supposed to be quick as I am on my way to work. When I reached the shelf I found that it was on special. When I went to pay. They were charging me the normal price. I told the teller and she started checking the catalog. She could not find it. She then went to the shelf. I told her that I will be late for work. She tried to hurry. But it still took a long time. She took a photo and called the manager. Which I had to wait again. Due to all of this I was late for work and received a warning. Every single time I go to checkers, this happens. I always check my receipts and have to argue and wait for a refund. How many customers do not check receipts and Checkers steals from us. Firstly I was late for work and Checkers new markets steals from customers every day. I would like to know what will be done? Since I am the crazy person who should just wait while being late for work?
I have been receiving poor service of vodacom life insurance. They are promising me every day feedback from my cash back that I am supposed to receive I have been waiting for 2 weeks. Calling and sending emails
