I bought a TV that arrived with a CRACKED SCREEN, and they had the NERVE to blame ME for the damage. Their lack of quality control and customer care is APPALLING. REFUSED to take responsibility or offer a solution. Buyer BEWARE. Unacceptable service from a company that claims to care about customers.
I had a disappointing experience at the discount store in Carlton Centre on Fox Street, Marshalltown. The cashier, Anele Nyembe, displayed a rude attitude, shouting and causing a scene during my purchase. Despite escalating the issue to the manager, the resolution was unsatisfactory; the manager's response was a simple "askies." Unfortunately, it seems there's a lack of respect within the staff, as the cashier continued to be disrespectful even during the manager's intervention. I received no apology for the cashier's rude behavior.
So quick to accept deposits but problem getting payments and fica takes months, customer services it's really bad from no proper communication To agents not helping with issues so unprofessional
I'm so disappointed on debonairs pizza sesfikile square at Daveyton. First time buying online it took more than 3hours to get delivery. So today I get a very rude delivery guy who I regret why I wasted my money tipping him. I'm never buying from that place I advise others not to bother buying
If possible would give 0 stars for misleading old people. Why does vodacom give customer numbers to other suppliers like mondo, My mom got a call from Mondo, she is using vodacom contract this guy promised my mom data for R8 on top of the package she is getting. Boom on the 1st of December the package was completely changed now she is paying a lot of money. I called they said after investigation it was found that my mother agreed to a migration when asking for recording was sent to vodacom shop. I get to vodacom shop they say they can't assist with call recording. Why is it hard to send the customer the recording of the call been calling several time been told migration can't be canceled nor reversed but why, who gave you permission. This thing of taking a contract with Vodacom and being called by mondo its bull**** I must say. Advise people if you get a call from vodacom or mondo do not say anything because responding it's like taking a new contract

Accepting deposits it's so easy but making a widrawal it's a nightmare. You never get your money. Second time with the same issue and they take months to resolve your enquiry. So annoying
I would like to take this opportunity and thank Sinesipho. After I was unhappy about the service I received I got a call from her and she assisted and did some damage control. Other companies don't call you after complaining Mr D goes an extra miles. Thank you
Brought 1For You voucher but never received voucher number, shows under transaction that money was debited but doesn't show under purchases, wrote an email about it I'm being told to do follow up with call center. How do you cater for deaf customers and your whatsapp chat tool doesn't help at all. 2months joined this bank olready I'm disappointed
I would give this company 0star. Since August made a widrawal even today haven't received, made many attempts called call center, I emailed, contacted Facebook account spoke to someone via inbox who couldn't help I tried Twitter still could not help they keep lying saying they sent it but its a lie. Customer service needs to be improved in this company its very bad I'm so disappointed since August my widrawal disappeared into thin air. This is fraud and stealing. Use other platforms like betway don't use hollywoodbet
