Betway South Africa is a **** to make matters worse is that their allowed to do business in South Africa am not surprised that this company is allowed to do business in this country i believe and am 100% sure that this company didn't even follow the correct process to have given license to run their business here this people are just money laundering company running as a straight business well behind its all about cleaning dirt money from the street why FICA is not auditing this company they is a guy called Tino whom i spoken to his rude as hell but i wasn't surprised because it shows that in this mafia state which is run by mafias one has no rights to complain about anything because this ******** organization is so oiled that their untouchable please people who play with Betway i advice you to change to other companies like Bedfred, Easybet,Mzansi, Supersport, Betway is a ******** organization stay far away from dem ********s.
I went to FNB branch in Pretoria CBD i greeted by the young man Lesego very professional and helpful one could feel the warm welcome at the bank in 2025 it's not easy to find young people who are working being professional like this young man Lesego very humble understanding and the willingness to listen and help is out of this world my appeal to FNB this kind of young people who you want to promote to higher position so they can teach the new comes what is the meaning of a customer am been around and trave a lot and most of my reviews here always is about bad service but today am not here to complain but to take my hut off and give credit where is due Lesego my boy big up your spirit and attitude towards customers it will take you far God bless you boy can't wait to visit FNB branch again in Pretoria opposite Kruger park amazing.

They is a ****mer using hollywoodbets account to **** people after the **** took place once i noticed i contact OTT who was able to provide the ****mer account 16***27 i then contact hollywoodbets to report this so that they can put a stop thus nonsense that someone is using their account to commit ***** one innocent people wow he'll they was hollywoodbets agents from Londie to her supervisor all of them advices me to go to police which i did twice when i contact hollywoodbets again so i can give them the feedback from the police yoh damn i could know better not to contact them all i ask the girls in call center is can you please kindly handle over my call to ***** department so i can speak to a person who work in that department so i can provide screenshots and voice audio that is in my position so this can be put forward as evidence for me to want to report this it has a lot to do with trying to protect other people before the most **** them for me it's a small amount R100 it's fine no stress the worse this why i wanted hollywoodbets to be aware is that this guy his using Nigerian phone number to contact people but the vouchers are then deposited into hollywoodbets account 16***27 the information that this is his account i was given by OTT dispute department here is the number his using +2348066001855 hollywoodbets doesn't want to assist and all i can say now for sure hollywoodbets is working hand to hand with this guy's maybe to lander money and cleaning drug money hollywoodbets becomes a front business am very disappointed anyone who is doing any kind of business with hollywoodbets please please stay away hollywoodbets is giving your data away to ****mers **** hollywoodbets **** it people be aware.
I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Fastrak (FTS). My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional Firstly, their lack of respect for customers when one has problem with the product I bought Bluetooth speaker so that i can use at work when am working nightshift the speaker has problem with charging when I went their 5 day after I had the speaker the 3 guts at Fastrak Everton Mall was so rude disrespectful because they say I lost the sells slip the guy who sold me the speaker he even remembered me but I couldn't believe his attitude the other two joined in start talking over me well am explaining my issues anyone wanting to but anything from Fastrak Everton Mall think twice they guts there are very rude and disrespectful.
Today i went to Everton well i was there i notice Bedfred betting i just wanted to see i went inside but what i experience there i was very disappointed the lady called Thandi she is very rude and doesn't even know how to treat customers my sin was just asking her please can you kindly give me a fixer for this week the lady she was more focused on talking to her ***orker the look in her eyes it's like am annoying her by asking for fixer how she responded rudely i and my friends i was with we had to wait for 30 minutes before she could assist us the lady she very disrespectful even when asked her to call the manager of the store she didn't call please people if you visit Everton don't try to visit Bedfred you will be disappointed and avoid Thandi at all cost she will mess up your beautiful day i regret when i get home with my friends all of us we decided to delete Bedfred app in our phone and never do any business with a company that it has works that are rude to customers we about to create X account just to inform other people not to do business with Bedfred we're happy that by now we have reached about 100 people in our what's up who deleted the Bedfred application and have moved to other sites shame on Bedfred.
I had problem with my vodacom airtime being deducted from unknown service providers that i don't know i contact vodacom the agent first i forget but his surname is Trueman i was amazed by his professionalism towards my problem i was having this agent to his time to help me to point where my problem was solved well he was on call with me i could like to thank Mr Trueman for his assistance and guidance throughout the process vodacom to you i could like to assist you that this kind of agent are the one that makes you company still doing business this is people you need to promote so that they can teach some of the ***orkers how to assist customers Mr Trueman i thank you millions times you amazing agent your professionalism really amazed me keep up the good job may vodacom notice you for your hard work God bless you.
I open mukuru account to send money to my friend i end up making mistake i was stressful because i had experience on this kind of business i worked for another company that does send money once i noticed the mistake it was like hell no because i remembered what call centre agent does when you phoned in i then drive straight to the mukuru offices in central Johannesburg Hillbrow branch once i explain my issue to one agent there i was then put on phone with agent in payment department the first agent cut my call well we was still talking the second lady just given promise i will send a what's up or a call let me send to IT I waited she never call back I ask again in the branch one agent to put me on phone call to call centre wow that was the best call i made because the lady who pick up the call her name is Jane from finance she was amazing and understanding my mistake that i made on the app in no time well we was on the line my issue was solved done ✅ Jane from mukuru finance thank you my darling please teach other agent not to rush and create ticket but listen then take action the best skill i learned in my time in call centre was listening no matter how difficult it can be Mukuru am not surprised why your still flying high and higher you have the best team in a form of Jane i hope that in finance department their also happy with Jane she is a great agent who CARE Jane ngiyabonga Sisi keep up the good work my darling.
Very disappointed by the lady at Kingsley beverages this lady who refuse to give me her name i contacted kingsley beverages to want to make business proposal for kingsley drinks all i was ask in the person incharge in marketing department wow dear if i knew could never bored myself all i can say is that kingsley has wrong people working for them all the care about is getting paid and go home my business proposal was about to make kingsley drinks more and more money that it already has win win on both sides kingsley beverages train your workers well and teach them to love the brand they present and care more to kingsley beverages grow beyond South Africa.
I visited wsb branch in Krugersdorp the lady Aluwani was very rude when addressing me because i made mistake with the code if i knew i could never went to her desk the lady attitude i don't believe is what they been told by WSB if it is then WSB it's not the company to do business with Krugersdorp branch is the biggest problem for WSB customers if that wasn't bad enough try again i went to speak to person called Willy after i was told his the supervisor in the branch damn the man send me to another person called Lelethu whom again said to me i should go back to same Willy when all of this was happening i noticed that the WSB branch in Krugersdorp has a bigger problem than just rude agent in the branch i think the biggest problem is lucky of leadership that's why the agents do as the please. The lady's and guys there they have become more interested in getting bribe from lots of people who don't want to follow the line if they is one you have Nigerians customers who just walk straight to their people in the branch and give tickets those lady's and guys don't even ask them to go to the line because the paid bribery to jump the line and all this issues are reported to people who should be incharge in the branch but their teethless it's so stressful for people to do business with WSB well knowing your going to be treated like trash and secondly to those who pay bribery my advice to people around Krugersdorp is that stay away from WSB they is other branches for other companies people can play their without being disrespected South Africans wake we can't be taken for granted and disrespected it's our money let's use it somewhere else where we can be treated with respect as customers not to be talked to like a small child Aluwani and her supervisor's should be trained in customer service.
