The service at this establishment needs work. The waiters will sit you down and forget about you. It takes a whole 15mins before they come to get your order for drinks. The wait for the food is even worse, I sat with hungry kids for close to an hour and it wasn’t even packed. There is no one waiter attending you so you end up with three different people handling your order. The waiters even started arguing while they had trays of food meant to be served. I enjoy the food hands down but the service is ****
Some three years ago I needed specs and visited Neovision golden walk. I had my eye test and the optometrist and reception lady were very nice. Their service was top notch and my specs didn’t take long to be delivered (about 4-5 days) instead of the 7-10 working days they had said. I was happy. Last year around July I was due for a new set and was excited as I got one set specs and one set prescription shades for a very low and affordable price. Less than 6 months later the lens are all scratched up despite having requested the anti-scratch film. The frame is very flimsy and now the specs are so uncomfortable to wear as they keep falling. I went back with them only for the new receptionist to blow me off and she was kinda rude and told me that I used the wrong ‘’material” to clean my glasses that’s y they are all scratched up like that. I told her I only use that cloth that they provide just as I had done with my previous set but looking at the two my older set looks newer and the frame is good and doesn’t fall off like this new one. She looked and sounded irritated and told me to leave the glasses and they will send them to the lab to see what’s happening. I honestly feel like they didn’t send them anywhere because three days later she said the lab got back to them and they confirmed it’s my fault that the glasses are scratched up. I asked her if they tested and saw what exactly scratched my lens and she just said she’s telling me what she’s been told and that’s that. I should come collect my specs or pay R790 for a new set of lens. I am appalled by this behaviour because my first experience was 5 star and I have been recommending anyone and everyone to visit Neovision golden walk as they are affordable and the service was good, but now am beyond disappointed. I wonder if the people I recommended received such shi**y experience. I am definitely changing service provider, we are all for supporting local but with this kind of treatment I am seriously considering using the online service providers such as lensmart or firmoo because this I am definitely not putting myself through this again.
I am disappointed by KFC of late. I have ordered from KFC Lambton and Germiston and half the time my order arrives short of something like yesterday it was missing coleslaw. Also the meat smells and tastes burnt I have complained multiple times only to be told askies won’t happen again but if you order next day same issue
AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,IF YOU CALL YOU HAVE TO HOLD FOR 10MINS BEFORE ANYONE DECIDES TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND EVEN THEN THE STAFF DOESNT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TELLING THEM AND THEY KEEP FORWARDING YOUR CALL
my rain has been so bad you cant even connect on a whatsapp call i called twice already all they say is we are fixing it or that towers in your area are down , very disappointed
i have been a loyal customer for telkom for years now but lately the network is bad, even if i have data i cant connect to the internet i have to look for wifi am very disappointed i have tried countless times to reach someone and get it fixed but dololo
i have always ordered from kfc germiston and lambton but of late am disapponted as the meat comes smelling burnt as if its been cooked in ooooold oil, i also experience running stomachs afterwards i really enjoyed their meals but now just thinking of buying from them scares me and half the time you ask for serviettes or condiments they dont bother sending
i have ordered twice from McDonalds lambton via the MrD app and i received 1. the wrong type of burger and 2. the wrong size , i ordered large but received small now i have to physically be in the shop to make sure i get the right type and quantity as ordered which is a big inconvenience , whats the point of having online ordering platforms and still end up having to go to the store
Nandos lambton so disappointed last bought on Friday and my order was incomplete called only to be answered by some rude lady who kept hanging up on me. Kept calling till I spoke to a guy that promised balance of my order which never came. Now when I call as soon as they hear it's me they hang up. I have been a loyal and regular client and am very disappointed with these guys
