Hi my name is Chantal I have a month to month contract with rain, my premium is up to day, I have called in allmost going onto 8 times, I spoke to different agent some names I remember (John, Joshua, Reny and yesterday to Oscar),there are more names, what's frustrating is I have to use my own airtime when I ask them they don't, all I've been hear is your ticket is still open, they have tried to set my router all the time but nothing helps, I spoke to a lady called Wendy who promised to get back to me but I'm still waiting, this really not fair they take the money out without fail, but can't see to there customers, all I want is for then to change my router box, if anyone wanting to take out wifi, I would strongly recommend any other company and do your research first,
Hi my name is Siven and I took an insurance policy on my phone, yesterday when I called vodacom they said my policy lapsed, I queried as to home come cause the deducted in January and the March, so I though since it's debited out my account everything was OK, to my surprise they decided even without calling me to close my insurance, what a pathetic service and supposed to be a reputable company, don't use vodacom period, this all happened in blueroute mall, but client service should of informed us, I would like them to sort it out and I'm willing to pay the month's they didn't debit
Hi I bought from shein for about 1700r,when I received my package I asked courier if its 1 bag as said she, brought it home and my surprise half things they charged me was not there, I tried ever way to contact they don't even give a contact number, I have to a chat box which is not helping me in any way either they send me the the balance or send me the money.
Yesterday I went to macdonalds at tokai and went trough the drive trough and placed our order, and that was such a mix up, but what frustrated me even more was the way the meal was given, I only buy the macfeast meal and yesterday for the first time I didn't enjoy anything about it. From the patty having no salt, the burger was just thrown in the box and no serviettes. I really disappointed at tokai macdonalds, cause they weren't even busy
Hi good day, about 5 months ago I bought a base and mattress set from blueroute house and home, the sales agent was S Leeman, she sold me a restonic do not turn mattress as I have a problem with my back, she told me I must rotate the bed the 1st 3 weeks the once a month which I have been doing, but the mattress is still sinking and becoming hollow. I went to house and home last month but Mrs Leeman was not there they gave me an email address to send pictures, which I did twice already and I'm still waiting for feedback, maybe to them 7000r is not alot but to people like us it means alot cause we work hard for our money, if they there only to make sales and ******* innocent people like us, by using all fancy words and getting us to give them sales then they wrong, I need a response from them ASAP as they pulling so my warranty wears off. Really unprofessional, really think twice before using places like that we're we trust the name to quick.
Hi good morning last week I wrote a review about melomed hospital, and the iod the I got while I was on duty, do you know that from that day uptil now no one contacted me, or even gave me feedback about my procedure, the HR at this melomed needs to be rotated causes she is to comfortable in that position that when you go to see her she sends you away and never gets back to you, there's no complaints of the hospital, but the HR there is really only there to eat and talk she never gets back to you with any feed back, she wants to close my iod like she paying out of her pocket. Wish I could speak to the big bosses and tell them what she really does there.
Hi good morning it took me a while to write this but I honestly can't let this go, my husband and I went to spur at the blueroute mall and when we got there a waiter called John a white guy was attending to us, he was not only attending to us but other customers as well, I was watching him and the way he carried out his duty he did it with a smile, there was a black family there, and the way he treated them was so amazing that the lady actually called the manager to compliment the waiter as she said she has been to the other spurs and everyone just treated them differently even the black waiters, when he came back to us I said how do you manage to keep smiling and go on, he said he has a passion with working with people, he has 13years of experience in the same field, and when he leaves home for his shift this becomes his family. We were really impressed he also said why treat people differently as we all breath the same oxygen, we just have different colour skin, so I think he was just amazing, we always complain but never give credit were it's due🙏🙏
Hi I am staff at one of the melomed hospital, I had an iod in 2021,i fell on my back and was injured, I was seen in trauma, and was continually been seen in trauma until 1 of the doctors decided to refer me to an orthopaedic surgeon, the surgeon looked at all my tests and started treating me, I was taken for back injections due to the injury, until the HR IN CHARGE and my manager decided to take me to labour net due to the absentisem after the injections, the second time that they called in labour net the HR in charge actually messaged my manager in the meeting to tell her to bring up all my sick leave, the person from labour net gave the HR lady 2 business working days to get a second option or speak to my surgeon, she has not done that uptil now and she forced my doctor to give a final report which he said he can't do, he said I had a pre-exsiting condition but the iod brought it out worst, so the only thing I need is a operation on the back which will elevate the back pain,and I'm willing to do it on medical aid but the hospital must give me the leave for recovery, but the HR lady is just taking her time, I'm unable to stand for to long or do anything strenuous and she is taking her own time, every time you make an appointment to see her she either busy having conversation with friends, or she off sick, or she having lunch, I'm in such a predicament as it's affecting my eotk. Please look after your staff, and the HR lady should understand what her job is.
Hi good morning, few days ago I wrote a review regarding my interaction with telkom and d/link service, it's sad cause telkom is such a huge brand and alot of people use them, and to think no one from telkom had the decency to contact me to ask me what happened, I had to call yesterday again for assistance and I haven't received any feedback but I was sent a bill for R650 for my next debit which half of the month I didn't have WiFi, so how is that possible
My name is Chantal, I took a contract with telkom for firbe and WiFi, they sent me a router which is called d-link and my price was 599r fixed, the contract started on the 21/9/23 and about 2 months later starter having problems with the router it would just stop working, we would have to put it on and off then call telkom customer service for assistance, this Saturday the 06th of April the power just went off on the box I called telkom cause I already had a case number opened and they tried to assist me by telling me what to do, then they eventually decided to take the d/link router in for repairs. On the 09th April the router was collected, I sent the charger which was in tack, and the four antennas, today I received my router back with the charger opened up and the mother board blown up, and on the repair section says customer to replace charger, I called telkom I spoke to Raymond asked if I could speak to the manager, he said the manager is in a meeting and will get them to call me, I then called the number that was on the repair form, and a foreign white male answered and told me that I have to buy a new charger as it doesn't fall within the warranty, I explained to him that why should I buy a charger as when I sent it for repairs it was not opened or damaged but when I received it, it was open, so I said they could off blown the charger and sent it back as its open and in pieces, he said to me I can do whatever I want to he don't care, he not giving me his name, and I must take it up with telkom or go buy a new charger, I feel we pay so much for the products, we as customers deserve to be treated right, and get the service we pay for, telkom even increased my speed without informing me, and now I have to pay 650r every month for something that doesn't work most of the time, the company D/Link that is used by telkom should be stopped as its the worst brand ever, people be aware of what you are being sold, ask questions, take down names as nowadays companies just want to make money out of us. Telkom and D/Link should never be used.
