Only if we were allowed not to give 1 star, Telkom Canal Walk full of *********** employees, I took a contract and my debit order started on my contract that it will be on the 15th of February 2025, they tried to debit my account in January, come February they said I owe double our agreed amount, I phoned the customer care with no help and they threatened me me that if I terminate the contract they will fine me๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก. I have send email to complain department they couldn't help me, I have been trying to phone Telkom Canal Walk they don't even answer my calls, my account have been suspended, I am actually going through a lot with Telkom and I hate the day I stepped in to their store ๐ก๐ฉ๐ฎ
Makro online is *******, shop with them at your own risk, the stress that comes with returns and refund is too much. I bought a Generic sandwich maker worth R1400, it was on special for R700 only to receive and old used Condore sandwich maker, a different brand not what I have ordered, very small and my kids need it for school lunchbox. I then phoned then on Thursday and they said must log a return of which I did and they gave me a date of Sunday 17:14 to collect, I waited for them they didn't come. Monday I phoned they said they gonna escalate the matter, Tuesday I phone and asked to speak to the manger, they said she is in a meeting she will phone me back but she didn't bother to phone, later same day I phoned again and the lady told me that there is nothing that they can do as their business partner who sells through Makro Online has a December backlog and they are unable to collect or refund their clients. Mind you I know nothing about their partnerships with whoever they are talking about, how is that supposed to be the client's problem? Must I stuck with this cheap thing in my house? And the Manager doesn't even want to talk to me๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
The takealot or something called takealot more or takemore deducted R99 from my account that I have never agreed to it, apparently it was for takealot order to be delivered in the next day or same day but in October I made a purchase after their deduction and my order took 4 days to get delivered hence they've deducted from my account, I have been phoning them from November the 15th by this day I never get assisted, and when I phone them they kept on saying I have subscribed to the service of which is not true. They then send me an email to unsubscribe so that they can refund me, I did unsubscribe then later when I ask for my money they said I am still covered by their service they will refund me after the 14th of December, now is the 17th they are not saying anything. It's like they are forcing me to use their services and first deduction they didn't even notify me that they are deducting from my account, their debit is not even on my bank app list of debit orders as I have never agreed to it.
Makro online don't even deserve 1 star from me, I went through the hell with them, I bought a stove online worth R12,000 it was on special from R15,000. My order have been on progress for almost 2 weeks, I was phoning them almost every day holding on for over 15 minutes, mind you I must use my airtime to phone every day. I end up asking them which store is the stove in so that I can organize my own transport to go and collect, they said it's in Makro Ottery, I phone the store they keep on hanging up on me until I request to speak to their manager, they then told me that the stove is not in their store, the following day I phone online again they told me same story, I phoned Ottery they said they will send me the stove the following day which is Saturday morning. Come Saturday morning I received a call from Value Logistics with my order from Makro and few minutes later there is another courier company with the same order from Makro Ottery. I then received the first order from Value and I stopped the other courier company. Now worse part, Makro online the order is still saying on progress, I did not receive any invoice or antivirus to show that I bought that stove, Makro Ottery send me an invoice of R15000 and the stove was R12000, I phoned today asking for the invoice and they promised to send it but still no email or any form of invoice received ๐, so I must keep on phoning them using my airtime for them to do their job, it's like they are doing me a favor ๐๐ญ
Buffalo Logistics are not delivering our parcels and they are not even answering my calls, they keep on hanging up the phone call, no updates nothing. I'm so much disappointed ๐
Truworths online is nothing but a headache, the consultants are not professional, including the manager. I am ****ed up with the whole team. Two weeks before Christmas I made an order only to be told that 1 item is not available a day after the order made, it took Truworths online another two weeks to refund the item, my child had to spend his Christmas without clothes ๐ข while they are holding on my money, I was phoning them everyday and they kept on telling me that i will receive my money and I even spoke to the manager who even promised me a voucher in order to apologize for the pain they caused me but she never phone me again nor even the voucher being available. On Wednesday I made another online purchase only to find out this morning that one of the items is not available and I phoned them requesting the refund and cancel the whole order as they keep on advertising things that they do not have in stock, they told me that they are unable to refund or cancel, the refund must happened automatically of which I am going to wait another 14 days to get back my money. Why do they keep on selling or advertising items that are not available then take up to 14 days to pay back the money? Way too unprofessional and I am so done with them, the airtime that I am using to phone them can even buy me another item๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
Hello These people don't even deserve 1 star, they are nothing but bunch of scammers. On the 11 January 2020 I settled the amount of R2950 in store and close the account,They said we must phone to close the account we did so using the store phones with help from Daphney the cashier. They said the account is closed and send sms to confirm that. 3 months later they send sms saying we must pay R79 which I avoided,Now they saying we owe them I don't know how much and what for because since 2020 after settling the account,closed and throw away the card, I never use the card. Now they busy threatening us with these stupids Attorneys called Norton Lambrianos,I send them the prove of payment but they still says I must pay because the account was not closed. Who's fault was it? I do not work behind their computers and if that's how they scam people they went wrong because I'm not gonna pay them A CENT. Please everyone be warned of their shady business doings, If u say I close the account they say it's closed then months later they start demanding money from you! Bunch of scammers ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ,How can i afford to Pay R2950 and fail to pay R79? Natasha Gaboinewe the Agent from the Attorneys send me an email saying I must pay without a shame she said "no the account was not closed,so u must pay" Shame on them๐ฎ๐ฎ. They are the ones to close the account if the customer ask them to do so and they didn't do so hoping to get money from me,So stop torturing us,stop irritating us,stop disturbing our peace because we do not owe you anything. I regret the day we opened the stupid account.

College sa don't even deserve 1 star,run as far as u can from them,They are bunch of scarms. I registered for computer course in June and a lady by the name of Kubashni told me that i will receive study material within 3 weeks after first deduction,I had to wait for that 3 weeks without receiving anything from them. I then phone only to be told that they don't have a hardcopy study material but a link which was fine with me,Today I must register for exam only to be told that they don't offer anything but a link only,I must pay $100 which is R1510.68 to some USA Pearson VUE that i don't even know of to write my exam and i will receive a soft copy afterwards. Why did I pay R2800 to College sa? For a stupid link only? KUBASHNI promised me that i will receive a Computer Literacy Skill after completing my course from College sa but now they send me a USA link that i don't even know,If I wanted to Study from USA I would have had done so myself, They didn't mention anything about Overseas exam link but now is the only thing that i payed R2800 for. I want my money back or they must examine me and give me something if i passe,even a pre school do have a report for heaven sake. U will see me on national Tv I am going to expose them I swear with my father's grave ????,I am busy contacting SABC 2 Speak out to save all South African citizens from the scarms called College sa.
