They have sent a very unprofessional driver. He (Mpho Ntshifumo) come with the package only to leave with my package because i lost my ID. I told him that i have a certified copy of my ID, have an email from RAM and tracking number. He was very disrespectful and rude. I am very furious. I don't why Capitec connect would use such a horrible service to service their customers. Contact their call center i spoke to another guy called Lezat who refused to disclosed his surname because i told him will write a review. now my package is stuck.
I am very disppointed on service by Nomcebo Masondo from Hollywoodbets. Very much useless person I have ever met. I deposited money and I made profit out of it. When I asked her/him about my withdrawal she/he kept repeat the same thing, I have answered. She/He even refused me to rate her service. I simply wanted my money.
This app is a joke. They don't know how to follow instructions. They sent a Noe when I was in Cape Town Diamond Hotel. He never Followed instructions as requested to bring the food at the door. He didn't even enter the Hotel for God sake. He just took a picture on the street and left.
I am very much disappointed at how you treated a 4th student. Whose currently studying at your school. She has been sleeping at student centre due to lack of accommodation. She passed very well last year and app**** accomodation on time but it was declined with no substance. She app**** but nothing has been done so far. She has no space and why?
These are a very big **** company. For does who are going on holidays be careful. Don't buy a ticket from these folks. They don't even have buses. I bought a ticket from Cape Town to Johannesburg on the 29th of November waited for a bus, there was no bus. I contacted them and a guy named Ayabulela responded on my WhatsApp he promised they will pay and now they no longer responding to my texts.
I have never ever seen such a poor service in my whole life. These guys are the worst especially the accounts department. They debited me twice for a router on Saturday the 4th of November 2023, and in their system it still says "pending payment" today (10 November 2023). They promised to credit me the money they debited twice but still i havent receieved anything. woke up this morning another debit order. they dont communicate anything they just say they will fix it and nothing. I have emailed them twice and they have not responded. i have whatsapp them countless times and they keep say "sorry for inconvience" I regret taking this fibre from Afrihost. I would like to request help on how to get my money back and also advice on which fibre next works provide a better service. thank you.
I have been having a payment issue from the 13th of February 2023 paid from ThinkMartkets, until today. went to the brunch at Northgate Mall. They found that the payment was rejected by ABSA but they also do not know why. I sent an email to ThinkMarkets to find out if they got the funds back. ThinkMarkets responded this morning and they stated that ABSA is currently holding on the rejected funds. This kind of service is very bad. i am very much disappointed.
I deposited R500 on the 28th of March 2022, it has not reflected on my betway account. I have been reporting the issue repeatedly but the issue it's still not sorted. I got the worst costumer service ever.
I am very disappointed that some changes have taken place in my credit score due to an account I have no idea who opened it. When I am checking my accounts there is a new account opened without my consent and I don't know who opened it. I have never opened an account with the so called nimble. Now I am owing R2500, that I have never used. I don't feel safe at all. Help me
I bought a cheese burger combo special via Mr. D. I asked for Cutlery and Serviette. I got nothing. Including spices, salt, vinegar and tomato sauce. They just gave me chips with nothing. Bad service. Thumbs down.
