He went out of his way to look for a heater for me, there were no heaters on the floor but he did not just say that they don’t have it. He dropped everything and went to storage to look for one and made sure I left happy!! You are a star💫
I just want to rave about the great service I received from Clementia (Clammy)Mogapi (kitchen staff). She is kind, attentive and so so patient. I also want to say thank you to all the nurses at Section 11 who took care of me, you made my stay bearable😊
Luthando Mbanjwa from Olives and Plates Waterfall is such a great gent!! He made our experience so enjoyable! He made sure to take care of us and take beautiful pictures! He was patient and kind!
This is by far the worst service provider! I loaded my electricity 3 hours ago however it has not come back on! They advised that they will send technicians to my unit, it has 2 hours since I called. No updates, no feedback! They fail to send notifications that the units are running out because they have installed some online system we are unable to track the units in real time! The electricity is expensive and disappears like candy floss in water!!
Ocean Basket Southgate is honestly ruining the reputation of this franchise, we were rotten rice, when we returned it the hake was burnt and the calamari was so chewy. The standard of their food keeps on getting worse.
Sipho Banda from Builders Warehouse Southgate is extremely helpful! He was very patient and solution orientated! He made sure that we sorted running up and down the aisle making sure that we had everything we needed. He was helping a lot of customers all by himself, whilst his other colleague was on the phone! This man must get a promotion

I’m honestly not rating Standard bank 5 stars, I’m actually rating Lesego Mabulana from the lost cards/ authorisation department 5 stars, I called in yesterday to enquire as to why my account is linked to a number which does not belong to me as I’ve had my phone number for about 11 years who authorised the number change. I guess the consultant who helped yesterday did nothing. Lesego, however, was so helpful, she escalated the matter to the right department, she gave me alternative solutions to my very urgent matter while they resolve it. She even assured me that as soon as my problem is solved she’ll give me a call. She did not tell me that it isn’t her department, she stayed on the line with me until it was sorted even though my network was terrible, she even called back when our call cut. She was so patient and extremely funny. I felt as though I’m speaking to a friend I’ve known for years. Absolutely loved her service, I didn’t even want to hang up :)
