I have been a loyal Auto & General client for over a year and have never missed a single premium payment. Recently, I updated my banking details, and funds were successfully debited from my new account. Despite this, Auto & General tried to debit my old account, then sent me a notice claiming my premium was unpaid and that I no longer have active insurance. I find this extremely infuriating and disappointing, especially since the mistake was on their side. I have proof of payment from my new account and request Auto & General to correct this error immediately and reinstate my policy without any lapse or penalty.
I am extremely disappointed with Webafrica’s service. They have been taking unauthorized amounts from my bank account for services I never received. Their SIM card has not worked since day one, and they are also billing me for a router that I never received. Despite several attempts to resolve this issue, nothing has been done. This is unacceptable and feels like exploitation. I demand an immediate termination and immediate cancellation of any unauthorized charges. Their agents take forver to respond Whatsapp texts as well.
Please dont bother here, their service sucks and they dont respond messages
Our car was towed to the nearest VW which is Polokwane, we forgot the bank card in the car. The card was ****** in the car and one ***** tried to swipe with it. Thank GOD there were no funds. VW please do better with your staff.
Their staff is so *********** they don't update their records and they decided to lapse my policy when all premiums are in place and now my car is without cover yet they have my money. Their social media manager went as far as deleting my tweets on X.

The lady working at Pretoria reception is the most rude and unfriendly person. One would swear that she’s doing us a favour by doing her job.

They have a horrible number of consultants. My debit bounced and i immediately called the bank to notify them and they said they cant do a rerun but i have an option to pay manually. The consultant gave me the bank details to pay and i did and sent the POP to the email address under my account. I received an sms today about my account being in arrears and i advise the consultant Mark Moodley from their collections that i paid and was given the bank details by one of their consultants, even after explaining he makes it sound like its my fault that i paid to the wrong account and further defends the other consultant that i didnt hear them well even when i asked him to request a recording to listen. i am utterly disappointed in Standard Bank Vehicle Finance and this is not the first time One of their consultant was rude. They lack empath and zero listening skills. I was hoping to move my account to them but after this, no ways.
Good day, Please tell me why I was promised a delivery in two days and 4 days later my washing machine is not here and when I contact them via email and social media I am being ignored. Please do better, already a lot of people are complaining about your products and that alone should push you to do better .
