I placed an item that showed "in stock" on the website. A day later I received a whatsapp saying they do not have it and the item now needs go be ordered. I agreed to that. A week later i was told that the suppolier has not delivered. No one contacted me to let me know until I took the initiative to find out. I have been transfered to a few people and this story is going up and down I did not receive any confirmation that my order will 100% be delivered (even though payment was made from my side) it's been 3 weeks and i still do not have confirmation. I was put through to a gentleman by the name of Farhaan and I have requested a refund and again i am being taken up and down with no straight answers from him. Makes empty promises regarding delivery but nothing comes out of it. I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.! Disgusting customer service and have no sympathy towards their customers!

Dont advertise that you have stock of an item, accept payment and receive payment, then an hour later get a rude messenger to call and make excuses that youre out of stock. Its an inconvenience and then to give ****ty excuses is unprofessional and dishonest. Before even hearing me out the call was dropped in my ear. I had two options to buy this item and get it delivered promptly and went for the cheaper yet misrepresented option. Check your stores stock, online stock and system stock before you misrepresent and inconvenience customers. Not only did she drop phone on me , she didnt even offer consolation award for their misrepresentation. Sies man</div>
I give this a one star rating, if its up to me id give no stars. I call multichoice, to question why my Bollywood bouquet is not active on my account, only to discover that a contract of 24 months has been activated by a person who not only *****ulently activated live streaming as well changed my contact details in order to obtain an OTP number on their number. How is it they pride themselves in keeping information private, but ****sters are able to do above and more. What is more disturbing is that i called 3 different occasions and had to explain myself to 3 people only to have the call dropped, with not one person having the courtesy to call back. I even chatted to a Team Leader, Lonwabo, who promised to escalate my case, only have that call drop, and him not returning the call. I eventually get through to another person who had no record of my call to the said team leader and could not even give me a reference number, simply because only Team Leaders are able to escalate and give reference numbers. Im now at the behest of ****sters and *********** Multi choice staff who deflect and misinform clients, and have to wait and pray that my account is not hacked or changed by ****sters and multichoice staff.
Its the third time now. These people send me damaged goods. How is it someone can put a bottle head next to a paperbag, and not expect that the bottle head will puncture the sugar bag. Spinach in containers come open with all the spinach squashed by the other items. Today my avos were placed under a heavy box containing catfood, resulting in the avos being mushed and squashed. I get the feeling that these packers and drivers purposely damage goods or pack incorrectly so that customers are inconvenienced. Y should we trip the driver when in every occasion the goods come damaged or completely destroyed. I dont even think these people care either way. Y arent they supervised .
Worst experience ever. A group if us booked for our hair at the salon. All of us asked for specific things to be done to our hair, and none of us got what we asked for. I specified to Kelvin, the hairdresser that i wanted a color and it should not have any red in it. I was shown colors and he insisted there is no red tone. Even after i saw red undertones in the color he recommended. After applying the color i saw the dye turn pink on my scalp and again asked if its red. He insisted it was dark but no red . After washing i asked again, and was told no red. After drying my hair i saw red, but was told no its brown. On coming home and eveb the bext day its clear my hair has red undertones , even my roots are red, the color isnt even evenly done. Some places my hair looks black other places it is red. Its actually sickening to see that i was lied to, and conned into accepting that which I specifically did not want. The other ladies all wanted a lighter color, and all of them were fed the same lie, that they could not go lighter, and it would not suit them. What happened to customers and their requests. The place had a dreary , dull and mouldy look to it. The staff were pleasant but i felt it needed someone like a manager to ensure that customers get what they asked for. The hair treatment was a gift, so i didnt ask about price, I suspect it wss very expensive. But i can safely say that ive never had such an experience ever, where i came out so unhappy, it took me days to actually recover . There are many such wellness spas to go to, and based on my salon experience and the overall dreary dull look , i would never go again nor would I recommend.
The best thing to happen to South Africa since i dunno , perhaps the Table mountain. Efficient, courteous, fast, reliable, quality, and just so necessary its nit real, thank you.
I reported a fraudulent transaction immediately after i detected on my account. I explained to the consultant telephonically what had happened. I was reassured that i would be assisted and contacted by an investigator within 6 weeks . I received no correspondence nor telephone calls as to the progress! After about 3 weeks I receive a message with case number and advice that i should attend at a specific branch with the outcome of the case, which was settled by the ever so illusive investigator. I had also called to enquire as to the outcome of the case. A consultant then advised me to visit at the branch to get the outcome, and informed me that these issues arent dealt with telephonically. He also took my email, and promised to email outcome. No email to date, its almost a week later. I visited the said branch today since i wasn't available during the week.I get to the branch, with the skeleton staff🥴, and get told that no one knows of my case nor are they able to check on the system. The manager who deals with these issues was not in. The attendant calls the fraud department and is informed that their department dealing with these issues, is also not available on weekends. I fact that was at no stage brought to my attention by anyone during my quest to find out whats going on. So I reckon, i should really ignore all these adverts and messages that say if we suspect fraud call a specific number, because worst than being scammed is being promised to be protected by your bank . Even worst is this non communication that seems to be the order of the day when the bank is asked to handle our issues, Obviously im not happy and i do hope that someone from Nedbank reads this and realise they are giving customers a ****ty deal, and really not living up to their so called "efficiency " motyo
Scam scam scam scam. Ordered 2months ago, no tracking available in South Africa, no response to my numerous emails. My money gone. Whoever's reading this, buy South Africa , and rather get wrinkles than buy from these crooks
I visited the Pandora branch in East Rand Mall today. The attendant was Pearl. I asked for the repair on a link on my bracelet. Pearl told me that links aren't repaired because its rose gold. So i asked whats price of replacement bracelet, i was told r3300. And my replacement could only be found at Woodmead branch. I asked if it could be sent East Rand for my convenience because i live in east rand and rarely go to Woodmead area.. Pearl told me no it cannot be sent from Woodmead, since its sales items. No effort was made to accomodate me. If i were to buy a simple gold bracelet, it would cost me the same price and it could be repaired. However a gold plated bracelet costing the same as gold cannot be repaired by Pandora. In this day of trying to cut costs, imagine not being able to repair something. But be forced to buy new a replacement. As it is, i got the bracelet as a gift from my kids so it's sentimental to me. I do think that Pandora should consider their repair policy and also train staff to be more open to assisting the client with more enthusiasm. Really very disappointed in the service I received and would most definitely not recommend them, especially knowing their repair policy.
They are swift in deducting from your card. However when it comes to refunding money, they dont even reply to requests for clarity on refunds. Its suppose to take 2-14 days , its been a month and a measly sum of r302 is not returned. The clothes are beautifullly advertised, but the quality of the fabric is outright cheap and disgusting, at the end of the day, another Chinese scam, and case of taking hard earned cash frim innocent customers, and replacing it with inferior quality items, and definitely not worth the hard earned rands paid. Its just disgusting how these prople get away with it. Someone asked me if i would recommend them, i filled them in on how they con people into buying
