I recently purchased an office chair from One Deal A Day, and I am beyond impressed! What truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service I received from Mr Anees Mohamed. He personally assisted me, showing such professionalism, patience, and kindness throughout the process. They made sure I was kept informed every step of the way, answered all my questions promptly, and truly went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my purchase. It’s not often that you find business owners who take such pride in their work and care so deeply about their customers. I’m so grateful for the wonderful service I received and the personal attention that made this purchase special.
I am absolutely disappointed with the service I receive from you guys. I ordered some items and not everything was delivered number one. Secondly I tried your chat service and no help. Wasted R30 of my airtime calling but no answer. For items I needed urgently
I called MTN customer care on 083 135 this morning and had the worst experience I could ever imagine. I had an issue with my bill so I called MTN customer care. Spoke to an agent by the name of kanya or Tanya I'm not sure. She had no clue on how to access my bill. So I questioned as to how long she is working for MTN. She goes on to say she's working there for 5 months. She was absolutely rude and in a very arrogant manner asked me is there anything else that I can help you with. Also making sounds as though she is fed up which quite audible if you listen to the call. I said to her your customer service is very bad and I'm going to report you she says okay. MTN I would just like to ask what training do you provide your agents with that they have no clue as to how to access our statements or assist us as customers. She was absolutely rude if you guys have to listen to the call you would know exactly what I'm talking about. I then called back and spoke to zama. Zama says she cannot access my latest bill she has to transfer me through to cancellations because only they can assist. She transfers me over through to cancellations and I spoke to rizwana. This lady was not even giving me an opportunity to speak or finish what I was saying it seemed as though she was in a rush she also said to me that she cannot access my bill and she needs to transfer me back to customer. MTN please fix your customer service department the service is appalling in the end nobody assisted me. Zama had also advised me that a manager would call me as a manager is in the meeting and nobody has called me since.
What a horrible experience guys Did an application a few weeks ago..agent did everything over the phone and said someone would call regarding installation. It's been more than two weeks and nobody has called or given any feedback.Tried the WhatsApp line an the agent says there's no infrastructure...I called in...they disconnected the call. Someone calls me two days ago and promised to re do the the entire thing and I will receive installation in 3 to 5 days. No communication and nothing from them. I have to be the one to always call in. Called in today then an agent they cannot install as something is blocking my order as they are picking up a previous order and I need to provide proof of address. Why are you guys bull****ting. I cancelled my previous package thinking you guys will be done in 7 days. Now I'm sitting with no internet and I cannot work 😡😡😡😡worst service ever
We recently moved from Durban to Johannesburg and was looking for a decent place to have supper as it was my daughters birthday. Decided to give this restaurant a try after many bad experiences with other restaurants...didn't regret this decision at all. Customer service was flawless. Waiters were extremely professional. I would actually rate them 100/100 ....that's how good they were. Always checking up on us and made sure that we were ok. Food was absolutely divine. I couldn't fault the meals at all. The drinks however were a 3/10. We ordered a few of their ****tails which were a bit pricey but didn't taste so good. But everything else I can say was excellent. Well done guys...your customer service really blew me away
You guys deserve a 10/10 rating... I recently moved to Johannesburg from Durban and really struggled to find a butchery here that met my expectations. I've tried quite a few famous names around Johannesburg. Heard from a friend about Park Muslim Butchery in Lens. Decided to give them a try. Firstly I would just like to express that the customer service is excellent 👌in fact it is outstanding. They are absolutely friendly and welcoming. I felt so so welcome. Their range and quality is superb. I live about half and hour away from them and I absolutely don't mind at all driving all the way there. They even directed me to a very good veg store around the corner....Well done guys....keep it up
Very very poor customer service from you guys. I emailed them regarding the foam face wash pumps not working after 2 to 3 uses. They will not do follow ups with you until you email them to find out what is happening. I first sent them a mail on the 11th of August.No response from them until the 14th. I had to call the number on the return email after that to find out what is happening... only to find out that the person that handles complaints isn't in and when they get back to work they will contact me. Eventually someone did email me back apologising stating that there is a common issue with the pumps. In no way we're they going to actually assist. I had to request that they at least reimburse me. She says that the manager or her superior I'm not quite sure will contact me.... nobody has communicated with me at all. Things things are not cheap for us to always be keeping quiet. This is my second bottle purchased in the last two months with the same issue. Definitely will be changing my brand after so many years with Cetaphil. Customer service is pathetic.
First delivery with Imile and it has been such a horrible experience. They sent me a WhatsApp to pay customs for my Shein order however the link says payment link expired. I've emailed them so many times with no response. There is no contact number for them that works. I am based in South Africa and there is no contact number for them here as well. I'm so afraid that my package will be sent back if it isn't paid within 10days. Guys please don't use there service as customer service here is pathetic as well.
Absolutely disgusted with the service received from the branch at The Glen. They actually deserve a zero star rating to be honest. I purchased a BB gun from them on the 29th of May. It was returned on the 3rd of June due to safety concerns. I was promised a refund into my account. Up until now I haven't received any refund whatsoever. Their customer service department is far from customer service as they provide no assistance. I was provided with a manager's number by the name of Mohamed...he had promised to call me back with feedback...been a good few days now and no response from him as well. Pathetic after sales experience.
I initially took up a mtn contract in February. It was a month to month internet plan for R499 pm which came with Disney Plus for 12 months according to the agent that assisted. It's only been 3 months and the Disney Plus isn't working anymore. I am required to pay a subscription. I spoke to many consultants with no assistance whatsoever. Njabulo..one of the consultants promised to investigate and call me back however he failed to do so. Also advised that his manager is in a meeting which is quite funny as every time I called the managers are in meetings. Called the next day and spoke to Lusanda...she says the promo was for 6 months. Which is false as when I initially took up the contract the agent advised 12 months. She says the previous agent misled me. I again asked to speak to a manager she says the managers are on calls. She will log an investigation on my behalf. I then asked if the manager is still on calls she says no she is going to get me a manager. Apparently the managers name is Mckayla. The line drops and nobody calls me. This service is absolutely appalling. I am absolutely disgusted.
