I have order some items more than a week ago from CampCraft.co.za. Unfortunately none of the communication platforms works. Telephone goes to voice message, Nor replies on Facebook, both emails failing and the owner Jacques Smith not answering. This seems to be a *****. I will update my review if it changes but at the moment keep away! Also noted a Jacques S reviewing CampCraft, funny as the owner is Jacques Smith.

Wanted to spend our 10 year anniversary at Mangwanani River Valley. Called earlier today to find out about a package on the website under specials. Called now and wanted to book, and even though the package is still showing on the website, management all of a sudden said no this special is no longer available. What utter disappointment. Will rather go spend my R6000 somewher else.
I receive flash popups on my phone. This is not a message, push notification or mms. It is a full blown message covering my entire screen and can even turn on the screen. Ive been in talks with MTN for a month now. The problem is each time we get to a point a incompetent customer care agent take the call and we are back at square one. The last one even said it is not mtn marketing. Well only the sim card is allowed to display full screen messages as it is supposed to be used by carriers in emergencies. These flash messages is so frustrating and MTN cannot or does not know how to turn it off. I will be moving back to Vodacom next month. What a pity and waste of my time.
Vodacom confirmed they are having issues with the tower in my area. So this means that I'm unable to receive 80% of my calls as it goes to voicemail. Now they say they are looking in sharing a tower close to me but that is not even in budget yet and MIGHT be done in 2023. So I have to keep paying a contract, that does not work at my home, even though your coverage map displays I have more than adequate coverage. Vodacom are criminals.
No support whatsoever over weekends. Our mail is down and I was told I should phone back Monday. They do not have support over weekend. This is disgusting.
WOW, decided to give Afrihost another chance, this time with Fibre. Been on Whatsapp Support now for more than 40 minutes with Trust M. The responses is so terrible it feels like it is a bot with no AI behind it. It asks a question, I answer, and then I get back the same question, and then a few minutes later I get "Are you still there". It seems like I have made a mistake again.
Not that this will be resolved ever; but at least other people will know it is normal behavior from New World Menlyn and they are not alone. Today must have been the rudest service from any shop I've received in a long time. I went to New World Menlyn today to get some batteries for my 5 year old's doll. I did not have any details regarding numbers, but I do know the size of the battery and know from experience it is a widely used battery. I ask the lady behind the counter if they have batteries and explained the size. She said she do not know and that she need a code. I then explained I do not have the means of getting the code and will not even be able to Google for it. I then asked her to bring a range of different sizes so we can figure out the one I need. She the replied rudely that there are to many, in which case I responded to bring all of them then. So the lady came back with two sizes, and one of them was correct. I then asked if I can have three of them. Sorted, you would think. The guy behind the counter, looked at me and said that you need a battery code in order for them to give you one. I then responded that I do not have a code again and that it is for my little girls doll that is standing next to me. He then replied but go and google the doll. I'm not sure why he decided to start a conversation as we already had the correct battery. My little girl asked me if I'm mad at the guy and I responded no, just irritated with him because we do not have a code and according to him we need one. This is where the guy behind the counter started verbally attacking me and telling me that I'm wrong and I should not bad mouth any one they are doing there job. This was said in a very rude manner and he was completely out of line. He also said to his colleagues that this is one of those days again and at that time I told my girl lets rather leave we will get the battery somewhere else, in which case this guy again rudely screamed "cheers". I went to the cellular shop around the corner which gave me the correct battery in less than 30 seconds. The people behind the Hisense counter is either incompetent in what they are suppose to know or they hate their job and in return are rude and unhelpful.
We are now at day two. My website is still down. It is physical impossible to look at a problem for two days. And if you did; it would have been nice informing the client. How long will this still take to fix? Do you need recommendations of IT companies that will be able to fix this issue? I literally do not know what to do?? All my efforts have gone up in to the air and absolutely nothing has been done. Senior admins does not know what is wrong as we are now on more than 48 hours down time and probably going for the rest of the weekend as well. Please can I be assisted?
We have a VM server with VOX and in the month of December it went down twice. According to our package we have a backup server that should kick in whenever the main sever goes down. This is not the case. On 6 December we had to call in and explain that our server was down as VOX did not even know about this. We were told that they can't do anything as they are still awaiting for the technician to start his day!!! I mean really you are suppose to be a massive company but by the looks of things you are running this company with only one technician, Today I had to call in and same, backup server is not to be seen anywhere, my Web Site is down, and there are only one technician attending to this. I must say every time I deal with IT companies it seems like the one is trying to be worse than the other.. I would not recommend VOX Cloud Computing to anyone looking for a server. Rather use Afrihost or go to some bigger firms like MS Azure, IBM Bluemix or Amazon Cloud which I will be moving to soon. Thanks for the bad service VOX, it is a disgrace.
