I hired a vehicle almost a year ago. Now I get a call from a collections agent stating I owe on that booking. Tempest did not email or call me to advise I owe anything after the hired date, and yet they proceed to hand this over. How does a Customer pay without receiving an invoice explaining amount due and what it is for???
I met an accident with my vehicle. Contacted PMD immediately. At the start service was phenomenal. Tow truck was sorted, transport back home was sorted and the vehicle was taken to the approved repair shop. THATS when it was all downhill. It took TWO WEEKS before PMD decided the vehicle was a write off. I had 15 day car hire, which basically expired a day after I was advised vehicle will be written off. Through the 2 weeks, I received ZERO correspondence from PMD. I called in everyday for feedback, which they did not have, Now hired vehicle is returned. I await PMD to collect the NATIS document from me, which even that they do not know when they will collect. Bearing in mind, PMD will pay when THEY receive said NATIS document which THEY are delaying to collect...another DELAY tactic. SO, i am left with no option but to go the Ombudsman route
Tried to do a purchase via the Woolworths App. Keep getting an error when trying to pay with ny store card. Called Customer service...spoke to 4 different people and NOBODY knows how to help. The error was logged and then got an email to state case closed, problem resolved....This is now Two days later from making calls and being put on hold as Woolworths dont know what happeneing.
I used Intertrans to move all my furniture from KZN to Cape Town. The team was exceptionally brilliant and very accomodating. They treat the goods being moved as their own. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and extremely competative pricing.
Placed an Order with Temu. received an email to state my parcel is out for delivery. Waited the day and Nothing. called Buffalo Logistic to follow up. Spoke to Lerato, the most useless agent I have encountered. Horrible attitude with ZERO customer service. Then to be told they have 3 days from the message to deliver. How stupid is that. Is a person suppose to wait for 3 days at home for their delivery. Really stupid
Had a burst pipe inside the house which caused half the house to flood as we were not home. Old Mutual Insure is my insurance for building and contents. From start they were excellent with service and assistance until the claim was approved which took a week. I have to pay a percentage of the approved amount as it is more than the min excess payable. I am fine with that except, when I asked for the breakdown of the costs approved to see how my excess was calculated, That's not allowed!!!!! I am paying the excess, I should have a right to know how it is being calculated. By having this information, it also helps me know what the contractor should be doing. This is definitely not acceptable from a clients point of view
CourierIT Durban branch is absolutely useless. Firstly you can not get through to them, eventually when you do, they are not helpful. I had my courier being sent to the incorrect address. Then tried to make arrangements to collect, which did not materialise. I spoke to Chris who promised to follow up and call back....did not happen. tried calling him back on his celll and no answer!!! Typical Never ever take the risk and use COURIERIT
Pharmacy Direct engages the service or should I say LACK thereof of DSV Couriers. DSV delivered urgent medication that needs to be refrigerated, THREE DAYS LATE!!!. Concerned about the integrity of the meds, I contacted Pharmacy Direct and DSV to make them aware. DSV collected the meds the same afternoon and promised to have it replaced. Pharmacy Direct also advised they will escalate. Over a WEEK has passed and the medication has not been replaced and no communication received. This is really pathetic with no concern from BOTH companies
DSV failed to delivery medication, which is life threatening, and obviously means NOTHING to them. Medication that was fridge line was delivered 3 days late, compromising the quality of the medication. I made DSV aware and got a call from Tshamano Moena Charmaine Raulinga, representative of DSV. She advised she would resolve this. A day later I get an email from her stating the case is closed????HOW???? I immediately responded to state it can not be closed as I did not receive the replacement meds, it is now THREE days later with NO REPLY. This is absolutely pathetic service!!!!
Telkom has proven itself to be one of thee WORST swrvice providers over and over and they never fail to disappoint on that. I requested a simple ownership change for my business which was sold. Process requested a MONTH before change, business has changed ownership 1 March...almost 2nd month later Twlkom still has no idea how to do this...Just received a reply from Telkom which almost had me on the floor laughing as they asked if I am requesting INTERNATIONAL ROAMING !!!!!!
