Wouldn't recommend them,they don't reply emails nor whatsapp if they do thn it will be 3 or 4 days thn they reply,I was a customer by them for years and so disappointed in them on 29th August I ordered wrong sizes for my clients I called them to ask if I can cancel and order again they say no cause my order was already processed and that was a very big lie cause on my app till today it states order received nothing about order being processed,now I will have alot of tracksuits that my clients don't want and I must buy now other tracksuits out of my own pocket cause my customer Don weat the sizes I ordered bunch of skelims
I placed an online order on the 29th September,I called them they say it's not their order nr,I emailed them I get reply that my order was shipped already,it's been 2 weeks now where is my order
worse company ever,I called the driver the previous night asking him he pick up at home he said yes,the following morning he mess us around,he changed his mind to pick us at home,first he say on main road on our way there he say no better by engen garage we drove there keep in mind we drive with Uber,we got there he called no go to Kia motors we got there he said he left give us another pick up spot BB garage the Uber drive told him we just passed it by he said intercape bus stop,so we wait there more thn half hour till he showed up,the driver was so rude swearing at passengers,on call for other passengers he **** them around also thn by main road thn by voortrekker road and so on and so,****ing rude driver have no respect for his passengers for an old and hee got no sense of direction or the way to talk to other ppl.
Absa bank Murrasburg is the worst bank ever in this country they only open up Tuesdays and Thursdays and woman that works there think shes owes the bank,u can't do deposits inside the bank u can't withdraw inside the money,outside u can't deposit any other banks money,if there ain't no more money in the machine on a Friday u must wait until Monday to get money,the lady there don't know how to speak to clients she chase ppl away like dogs absa should remove that woman cause she has no manners at all
Tygerberg hospital phone nr will mess up marriages if they don't change their nr cause when u call the nr and it rings than it shows Umtali lodge getaway me and my wife had big fight when I saw her busy on call she told me she's talking to hospital ppl yet I did not believe her cause it shows Umtali lodge please I ppl must do something about it it ain't good at all
So my electricity was shut down without me knowing it no sms was send or call from them I went home over the weekend to see my electricity was shut down I called them to.ask them why they told me my electricity bill was behind I ask them how is that possible when I pay every month extra on my account they told me they will check now keep in mind I drove 2 hours to them to ask why when the lady check on the system she said sorry it was a mistake no mistake can fix my house smelling like Rotten Corps no mistake will bring back my whole sheep,my box burgers,my 10kg chicken,my steak which I took there to store in my deep freezer for June holiday when me and my family go for school holiday,they told me they will put my electricity back on and someone will call me it's 3 days pass now no one call me back..my money is gone my house smell like the death which I should get ppl now out on my own pocket to get rid of the smell what nonsense
My fiance signed up by them with his passport and bisness name and he bought the machine..they saw nothing wrong with his passport and accepted his money..he started to use the yoco machine 2 weeks ago now that he wanted his money to be transferred into his bank account now they come with excuse that his passport is expired my thing is this why didn't they tell him that when he handed them his passport cause they do check it why now after he done many transaction and wants his money..he asked them can I change things with my fiance details they said NO.. so now his money is by them and they refuse to give it what nonsense
My parents are new members of clientele and they deducted 2 times in month R374 from their account it's been 4 days now that we send them emails with no reply from them,we call them hundred of times but it go to answering machine with Desmond voice u take the nr he give u to whatsapp but no one reply u,u sms them no reply,u guys are the worst funeral company ever in this life u are nothing what u advertise on the tv u take poor ppls money for your own gain making yourself rich on poor people eating ppls money u guys are wolves in sheep clothes I want my parents money back
Been on call with fnb for 1hour 23 minutes they keep on putting me through to the next consulton only to close an account I don't have a fnb simcard I had to buy 200rand airtime while talking to another consulton they ended the call,I thought my airtime was finish but it was not meaning they ended the call without helping me so now I must buy more airtime cause they won't call me back..am closing my fnb account cause they from no help at all
