What an abysmal company, they dont answer whatsapp messages or calls, they cant give you drivers names, packages are returned to the depot and you are not notified. I cannot fathom how anyone would actually trust this company if this is their communication story and there are many who complain about this, I am surprised nothing has been done to try fix this. The thing is I now have 2 packages that I did not choose them to handle, I wonder if I will get any of them
A more pathetic company you will not find, they blame the third party courier for non deliveries, they cannot even handle local deliveries (from Dbn to Jhb) properly never mind international parcels and RWS are just as pathetic with their excuses and lack of commitment, I am surprised that either of these companies are still functioning if this is the kind of service provided.
Still had no one from Payfast contact me about a complaint I made at the beginning of October, you get the ususal" this has been escalated nonsense" and that is it. Now I am out of pocket because Payfast couldnt be bothered to respond.
Stay away from this supplier, they advertise products they dont have and then dont give you a refund when they say they will. It has been more than a month since I purchased something and every day I ask what is happening, when will I get my refund, WhatsApp messages go unread for days, phone calls are not returned, emails are ignored. Such an ********* trader, Raymond never makes sure things happen it is a constant chase with lots of excuses
Unresponsive and unhelpful, been more than a week that my supplier is trying to arrange a refund for me, we have logged calls but get no feedback, they don’t return calls or answer phones, very poor service
It takes this company so long to generate an invoice and then when they do , not all the detail is there and then the double debit your account and you have to wait for them to fix things, no one bothers to come back to you on the progress they are making in trying to return your money, they blatantly ignore you
Good afternoon I would like to bring to your attention an incident I experienced earlier today whilst visiting your store Your "Controller" and a colleague with a security guard stopped me to ask me some questions, as I apparently looked like a person who on the 6th of January , ate vienna's, and I am assuming did not pay for them, and I drive a similar car. Surely you have on camera the vehicle of the person involved from which you can obtain the Reg No ? To say that I was taken aback is a bit of an understatement and that is most definitely not something I would do. I have never been made to feel at more unease anywhere before, as I still needed to go into your store after the "questions" to do my shopping but after being stopped by the "controller" her colleague and the guard who looked ready to pounce and asked about something like that it does not make for a pleasant shopping experience. The questions were asked politely enough, and I was shown an unclear video of those who apparently transgressed, against which the "controller" asked "are you sure its not her?" which horrified me even more. The Colleague did apologise for "the inconvenience " but by this stage I am already wondering if there is'nt somewhere better to spend my money. I would like to suggest that in future if there is any doubt about who is being approached that it rather be left until such facts are verified. I have until now been a regular customer who has had great experiences shopping there, but now I will consider taking my business elsewhere just in case I get mistaken for someone else who has done something wrong.
Dismal service. Service agents don't follow up with you , you have to chase queries. They don't listen to what you are telling them, they only regurgitate the information they are taught to tell the client. If you want to do all the legwork for anything then this is the company to use, otherwise do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for cover
What a disaster of a company. They take your money then dont activate the service, when you tell them to cancel the service they suddenly activate services and more and then still dont refund your money after you have told them you hare no longer interested and then to add insult to injury have the audacity to debit your credit card again the next month. We have complained and followed up on this since the 10th July and are no closer to a resolution. Each time you contact them you have to repeat yourself and they tell you its not their job to keep track of things. What a waste of money.
The new FNB app is a longwinded rubbish piece of software. Things have been overcomplicated, moved for no logical rhyme or reason, and to get someone to help you there are now umpteen different numbers you have to call or be transferred to. Don't think you can update account details where the account should be, try looking under your profile, don't think you an update anything without also (if you use the online banking app) first registering the browser you use. How anyone who is not remotely tech savvy is supposed to cope with this is beyond me.
