Poor service

Just some info if you are are insured for household contents. Pleaee have all your rciepts for items covered . This is not asked when policy is taken , when a claim is submitted then the games begin . The app is total waste of time as you have to call for updates and they never update you . Very disappointing service. More than 30 days for a cliam to be closed is definitely very poor service. Mistake on my part for changing.

Please do not use capital air in house installers , they are un trustworthy and they also have a dishonest branch manager ( brickfield road ) They are uninsured and will not take any responsibility for any damge to you property

Tranfering you .............

Very poor customer service Trying to get an appointment for installation, been transferred 6 times to different agents with more requirements. Bond approval is faster ... I have dealt with other tracking company's much more efficient than netstar mind you netstar contract is 36 months , others are 24 month. Will nit do business with them again.

GOLDWAGEN PINETOWN Totally unprofessional. Sales person that helped me supp**** me with an incorrect part using engine code. Also did not advise me to buy a service kit which was advertised on the booklet in-store for same vehicle. Even the the guy who brought out the items just leave it on counter and walks away , no customer service whatsoever. Will never suport them again. Pricing is almost the same as agents....

Sun city main hotel ( unprofessional staff )

Most unprofessional front desk staff. Check ins were 2 hours late. Rooms are in very poor condition. Please don't waste money on this very poorly managed establishment. Main hotel sun city , please train your staff to be more guest orientated. The hotel does not even reply to any complaints on any platform even their onw.

Poor matainance, of ATMs

Visited fnb Chatsworth centre ATMs around 08:00 am only to find one machine in operation, and it does not accept notes . Fnb please fix and have them Serviced regularly . It was frustrating to make 3 deposits for one amount. 😫

Untrained technical staff at samsung Umhlanga ridge

This is in particular samsung repair centre in Umhlanga ridge. Had a 75 inch TV which was dark on one side . Call them and was told an assessment has to be done by a qualified tech at R650 call out charge (all fair).so called tech ( clearly untrained) was sent out after numerous calls ( 9 days later ).He then advised the TV needed led strips , was quoted R2800, Payment made , tech arrived again 9 days later installed led strips only to tell me that was not the fault ( this is after installing a R2800 component. ) and assessment made by them . Was informed it's now a power supply quoted R1900 for this repair , already frustrated at this point , no apology or any sort of explanation from samsung regarding an incorrect assessment made by their so called qualified tech .
