Poor service
Me and my family went to the resort for a weekend. Sunday morning when we checked out the lady found a Vaseline stain on the duvet. Because of the stain which can be washed out with normal washing detergent they refused to give me my R500 deposit back

Bad business
I canceled my RA July 2024...Old Mutual deducted from my Persal August n September 2024. I've send them my proof of deductions and proof of bank statement. Call centre agent told me I had to wait 45 days for my money to be processed. Today is day 46 I haven't received my money. You cannot speak to a supervisor or manager cause call center agents works remotely. I've been calling for the past 2 weeks for update n I was told 45 days...I've send an email to the complaints department...same story 45 days Today is day 46 no money

Incompetence
I have send numerous emails to TFG requesting how my request have been resolved..as they have send me emails my query has been resolved Yesterday I received an sms from MND Attorneys stating my Jet stores account has been handed over to them. How do they do that??????

Poor service
I contacted Jet stores 8/4/2023 in respect of a settlement amount. The consultant gave me the settlement amount. I paid it. I received sms's stating my account was R0.00. All good All of a sudden I received calls stating my account is in arrears. I have send emails to Jetenquiries@ rcs for assistance..I requested them to ask their consultants to refrain from calling me...but it doesn't stop

Bad service
Went to Sakhumzi Restaurant on Sunday 9/4/2023...theservice was poor...waiter was not helpful...when we received our food it was cold n distasteful...when we send the food back just to be warmed in the microwave...the wors came back hard as stone...we tried to speak to the manager and he was not helpful

Supervisor's bad behavior
Today 7/11/2022 I went to Shoprite Boksburg Commissioner Street, after standing in the Q for ages I get to the cashier..She don't greet...I ask her why don't you greet...she just kept quiet...her Supervisor Sifiso came to the till next to us...I explain to him that the cashier is rude...he said he will sort it out...still the cashier just sat there...I said to Sifiso I will come back tomorrow to hear what he'd done about the cashier...he said I can do whatever I want...I mean really how rude
