I have previously sent a message to you, Carlton Hair which has gone unanswered. Carlton hair has a good reputation, and as Kay from Melrose Arch wasn't available on Sunday 4th Feb, I went to your Rosebank branch. My intention was to have my brown hair dyed dark blond. After sitting with peroxide on my hair and then the colour, my hair turned out orange. There was no time to fix it, as the salon was closing. On Monday I went to Kay, who got the correct colour. However, my scalp is burning and has scabs and my hair is as dry as straw. I am deeply dissatisfied with the process I had at Rosebank. I would appreciate feedback from Head Office ,as I find the situation quite unacceptable, and in total cost more than R3000 for the 2 treatments. Eagerly awaiting your reply. I would prefer to deal directly with Carlton Hair than put on any social platforms. Thanking you. I have had no response from Carlton, hence ,have sent this review to you
My brother, a Doctor on call was hit by a car failing to stop at a 4 way loadshedding robot. We called more than an hour ago. No o e has responded. Needless to say, very traumatic and car in the middle of the road is sure to abuse a other accident. SHOCKINGLY BAD. WHAT ARE FEES PAID FOR??????

I love Seattle coffee and go-to your Seattle branch at Genesis Glenhazel, Johannesburg. On the odd occasions, I go to the Seattle in the Oaklands Garage . Sorrybtobsay, but it is disgusting. The ceiling above the barrista is filthy ( ***** of fluff) the floors are dirty and thebSeattle counter is messy Mandela just looks unclean. I know your Seattle brand can do much better. It is really off putting Love your store at the verge. Maybe the owners at Oaklands could consider cleaning up their act
Please would you put a word in at Seattle ( have tried to contact them) that the staff and customers would love a bit of x-mas cheer in the stores. This the season to be jolly....and I could be more jolly having my coffee and seeing some tinsel! Thanks

We ordered ribs from Steers Norwwod. There was no meat, only fat. Got hold of Steers on FB. Got a ref number. Nothing happened. Got in contact with them again amd they said they would follow up. Still waiting...
