I need to change my phone number so that i can link my new device. I emailed FNB at 5 am knowing that their maximum turn around time for that department is 4 hours. After 6 hours I called and was told I wasn't supposed to send 1 email with 2 documents but separate the document... I emailed but still not helped. in one of the calls there was so much background noise I couldn't hear the consultant. I am extremely disappointed with FNB.
I bought boots on the 12th April 2025. A month later they broke. I was told I needed to exchange I exchanged for a different pair. On the 25 May 2025. Within a month the same pair broke in the middle. I can't keep on taking shoes that will break. Hi Peter. I signed up for a cancer policy from 1st for women under the impression that it was a life cover. I must have missed understood what they were selling. After my first debit order I asked them to cancel the policy and email me the recording of my call with the sales rep. She called again to cancel. Instead of cancelling she tried to resell/ convince me to stay with the policy, even after I had explained to her many times that I am not interested. They are still debiting and I can't even reverse it coz it will affect my ragile credit score.

Cell C updated their system and stopped calling about payments of a contract I never used. Companies tend to take advantage especially if you're a quiet single mom. Tjo I am hurt. In 2021 I relocated to Pretoria Capital park. For the first time I got a Spar reward card at the Spar in Park town. All was well. I would enter their car competition by buying participating products. One time I noticed this red note I asked the cashier she said "it means that's not on special" mind you the attitude. For the two and a half years living I would choose to shop there knowing I'll swipe my card and stand a chance to win anything. Fast forward yesterday at Ormonde shopping center. The lady kindly said your Card is not registered, am like haibo, try my phone number, she goes nothing. She gave me a new card to register at home. But I feel ****** shame and very disappointed at some of the cashiers. Especially the one that ****
My boss bought grade 1 All in one work books. And they are FALLING APART. the stapler used are so thin. Please invest on a good stapler.
I bought an Asus laptop from incredible connection for R5000. On the laptop it said "NanoEdge Display, Light weight, supper Battery" but the battery only lasts 3,5 hours which is a minimum for all laptops. I am super disappointed that they would mislead customers and say super battery while they know that it only lasts 3.5 hours.
Thanks alot to the OK head office. I had an issue with the Ok in Potchefstroom, River Street. The managers and parcel counter lady were so rude screaming after loosing my Gas cylinder. After calling head office, I got a call from the manager who spoke in a professional and polite manner. It's a shame that I had to go as far as calling the head office. A big thank you to the head office. Please help that ok get their cameras fixed and the OK card system.
Thanks to 1st for women for their amazing insurance covers. I got help from Elaine Makhado who took me through the process and answering the 1 million questions I had and calling at the right time 😊. Now I can sleep well knowing am insured
