I ordered stationary, parcel was picked up on 18/12/2025. First it was transferred to the incorrect depot, from the 23rd of December the tracker stated that I would receive it this coming Tuesday (today). In between I was contacted on WhatsApp whereby an Ops Manager should have contacted me from the 22nd of December already! I sent a location pin of where the parcel is to be dropped....STILL NO CALL FROM THE MANAGER and STILL NO PARCEL!

It takes 40 minutes to get through to someone for assistance after being transferred at least 7 times! Email after email and no response....Your service is as bad as your signal. Purchased LTE contract and inly get 1.5mps (if we are lucky) ... Why do I have to pay for something that doesn't work???
Your customer service is atrocious, after complaining about a batch of nappies I had to send photos with a reference number, no problem with that however the example provided was impossible as the example was og dey comfort and not huggies gold. Nonetheless i requested that it be explained how I am to semd the photos, no feedback or response to date. Follow up email was sent with no response...atrocious service
Excellent service, 5 minutes call back from logging a request. Within 20 minutes all my questions were answered and everything was paid! Now we are excited and can't wait to not stress about running out of data

DSTV multichoice, what is going on in your accounts department. Second time in a row that my account on the app is showing i owe more than R1300 ... ive paid my premium subscription and extra view on the 1st! On the 6th you have apparently not received my payment, you disconnected my services!! I email my proof of payment, received an email saying my subscription is reflecting on my account BUT YOU DON'T FIX ANYTHING??? MY SECOND DECODER IS STILL INACTIVE AND MY ACCOUNT BALANCE IS STILL R1339!!!!catch a wake up call .... this is the last month that you are catching me like that!
