I want to say I have been shopping with the Makro online platform for a long while and have never had an issue... the descriptions of products are spot on and I get what I ordered usually before the ETA. From ordering to easy payment, the updates, the friendly delivery all fantastic. This morning I got delivery of power banks, and my laptop wouldn't charge. I sent an email and recieved an email from Maria Mosola of customer care, with the procedure.. I ended up buying a 65W cable, attached it to the device and power bank and it is PERFECT! I responded to the email that the power bank is 100% perfect and to cancel the refund. I received a call from Maria, and my issue has been resolved! THANK YOU MAKRO ONLINE!!
So organised. So easy to use. Got my orders before the ETA. Updated the whole time. Friendly delivery. Just PERFECT. Thank you!
Kindly forward this to Killarney In general I have had NOTHING but aggravation dealing with Standard bank. I want to cancel my account. I will NOT pay another cent to STD Bank ! It was a stupid, time wasting and expensive experience to even open a very short lived bad experience account. Going to the mall is a huge stress for me. I am highly allergic to people's perfumes and can not handle being in claustrophobic environments. I go once a month to collect cash. The rest is all online. Std Bank needs to catch a wake up... it is the year 2025 and if other banks can cancel online.. they should be able to do so too. I am pasting this correspondence on Hello Peter.
I have been with Telkom through Afrihost for a while now and I was very happy. The 80+80 was more than enough for my Zoom meetings, FB, WA, Candy Crush, YouTube and weekend Netflix. The signal was strong. No issues. I have 3 devices. I am 54 - not a gamer. UNTIL mid August ! My connection was lagging. I was on their WhatsApp trying to find out if Telkom was down etc. Nothing. No help. Re-booted. I was loaded with my monthly 80 Gig on the 1st September. That 80 gig was GONE !? They say I used it ! ON WHAT!? I wasn't even watching Netflix !? HOW DOES 80 GIG BE USED IN 10 DAYS!!!??? I work remotely - to buy top-up is double the price of the "contract" AND THEY SIT THERE WITH A MOUTH FULL OF TEETH ! BLAMING ME ! NEVER EVER TRUST AFRIHOST OR TELKOM ! EVER !

I am very happy with the service from Clicks Online. I placed the order on Saturday 30th August and received delivery on Monday 1st September. The order and process was easy and fast. I was kept up to date from the start to finish of the delivery. The delivery person was polite and accommodating. There was an issue with the product I bought - I called the support number who were quick to answer with helpful advice - Clicks Killarney were amazing, down to checking the replacement product was working ! No fuss, no stress. I will definitely be using Clicks again.
Please explain how in 2025 an EFT payment of 170.56 GBP can get lost if the deposit was made into the SWIFT account with the correct details as per the retailer? The transaction was to be cleared 30th July and be paid into Ericssons Mattress and Pine for a bed? Now I am thinking WHO is the *****? WHERE is the amount of 3959.10 ZAR ?
From start to delivery, Makro was amazing, I got messaged and emailed the ETA's - the driver called to confirm that I would be here.. I am so happy with what I have bought - wonderful all round experience - Thank you!
