I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor service received from The Courier Guy. I paid for overnight delivery, yet my parcel is still sitting at the hub with no movement. I have made several follow-ups, and the responses have been inconsistent and misleading. Firstly, I was told that my account was in arrears, which is impossible because a parcel would not be collected if payment issues existed. After I questioned this, I was then assured that delivery would take place this morning. That has still not happened, and tracking continues to show that the parcel remains at the hub. This is unacceptable service, especially when customers are paying for overnight shipping. There has been no proper explanation, no accountability, and no urgency shown. I am now requesting: Immediate delivery of my parcel. A full refund of the overnight shipping fee, as the service paid for was not delivered. My daughter has been calling the school the whole asking for proof of registration. Either they hang up..keep us on hold or promise to deliver what we asked for. None of the ladies has done that ,my daughter has been wanting for an email since morning..the basary us waiting for the proof ..so she can go back to school..this is total not professional..my daughter in tears missing classes..we provided everything they inquired..confirmed the email address..
I am deeply dissatisfied with the handling of a trust account that was established for my children. I have been informed that the trust was transferred to Absa approximately ten years ago. However, for more than two years, I have been unable to obtain any trace, reference number, confirmation, or documentation from Absa confirming that this trust exists or was ever received. What is unacceptable is that: The trust was allegedly transferred without my knowledge or consent, despite me being the biological parent and legal guardian of the beneficiaries. My son, a listed beneficiary, has now turned 18, yet there is still no information on the trust or funds. I have been referred between departments with no ownership or resolution. Kabelo Moeng was unable to assist further, and no senior authority has intervened. I am told records no longer exist due to time lapse, which does not explain how beneficiary funds can simply disappear. I am formally requesting: Immediate escalation to senior management or an executive within Absa Trust Services A formal investigation into the transfer and handling of this trust Written confirmation of whether Absa received the trust and, if so, the status and location of the funds Clear guidance on legal recourse should the trust not be traceable This matter involves beneficiary funds and fiduciary responsibility and cannot be dismissed due to record-retention policies. I expect transparency, accountability, and urgent resolution.
I ordered hair and 3 weeks been told I will receive a massage,they deducted money 3 weeks back ,and been making follow ups ever since,today they tell me I have an overdue payment,I have never received any hair from them ,I appli5 before and due to payment and lost my job it couldn't go through via my Nedbank account,now I app**** again with FNB account,and they deducted for this order..I needed full reasons why they deducted but nothing received,they say I have an over due ,I asked how come cause I never received anything from them ,to send all documents concerning this ,now they bring Al this ,my money being deducted and no delivery..I've asked to cancel this and refund me they say they don't do refunds..so I've been **********

Goodmorning im so disappointed ,my co worker bought a Defy 4 plate stove on inslament worth R3000,and he was paying constantly ,then lost his job and couldnt contuen with the monthly payment,they then 2023 they decided to collect the stove worst it was hardly used and still new . they took it the box.Now his trying to buy a car on finance ,and was declined reason be bad credit due to Ok FURNITURE Steeldale store.hes making folow ups on that and cotacted them.they told him he need to pay about R5490 they will even give him discount on it ,if pays it in full,mind you me the stove was R3000 then.now thes intrest due to not settling the payment as agreed.How this be?pay for the stove that u dont have and theyve taken it back..and asked so will i get it back the answer was no!Really how can he pay for something he doesnt have owership too,and was taken back..sold on auction a lot of question marks here..hes so frustated now bad record for somrhing that was taken back by the store...PLEASE CAN WE HAVE CLEARITY ON THIS..his name is charles De Los, i.d number 9303095247085his cell phone number 0722476516
Good morning I'm very disappointed with the quality of school shoes my mum got for my son at arckermans ,spending R500 for a toughees that last only a month,worst the heel falling off ..the name of the shoe called touchheels..I'm very disappointed,worst I have no receipt can't take it back ,I need a solution to this either they would check the day and time on their system..I still have conversations with my son going there with his granny to purchase ..Toughees last for 2 to 3years not 2 months
Really not happy, hey called me around August 2023 to join the club, and I did, apparently things didn't work out for me my monthly allowance stop coming through, so they couldn't deduct the R789 and deliver as agreed and just 19 January 2024 I got funds for my son's stationery and uniform, and without even communicating with me if still interested they deducted my money, I was so depressed had to go to the bank, and report this because this was not agreed on and they didn't even bother to confirm if still interested, today my son's school items not bought, I tried to call they and they promised to call me back and assure this is resolved. And with my bank they said should give them up to 7 working days to escalate this, I mean honestly who would want to just purchase alcohol mid Jan, if they saw that they couldn't do as arranged last year they could have called me asked me why than just wait for the day they see funds in my account and they take it without my concern.. Now frustrated my son's school items not paid, and really think I would want a package of alcohol.please I repeat can they refund my money
My kids trust funds no where to be found, I was told my kids will get the funds once they ve turned 18 years, now one of the benefiary which is my son is 18 I call to inquire on the trust, I was told it was moved to absa and they don't have info on it anymore I should call absa, how was that done without me as mother of the 2 kids notified, they said should have kept track on it, and update them, how could I have done that if was told will only communicate once kids are 18years, please i need answers to this been going everywhere for advice this doesn't make sense to anyone, even absa I tried giving them info on this account but still doesn't add up..
