I booked a 4 door sedan at Europcar Cape Town International Airport. Arrived on Friday 27/10/2023 and was helped by Zola. Zola indicated that the keys to my booking could not be found. He came back with the keys to a 5 door hatchback. I requested to talk to the manager. Manager indicated that the vehicle I am getting is an upgrade to an SUV When I got to the vehicle it was clearly not a SUV but a hatchback (Nissan Magnite). Phillip was the inspection officer and he indicated that since it is raining we are not going to complete an inspection. I argued with Phillip about the car being too small for 4 people with luggage but he insisted everything will fit and this is a new car. He pulled the car out of parking next to the roof and assisted in squeezing our luggage in the small boot. He wrote something about raining on the delivery note and again said I don't have to worry about inspection, he will write that it was raining. As we drove off it immediately became apparent that the car is not new (35,000km), that the wipers are faulty (in the rain) and that the left rear tire is deflated. I inflated the tire at the BP outside the airport. Upon return the vehicle was collected by Pamela. I explained everything as above to her. Now I receive an sms stating that I am to be charged for a windscreen chip! I am extremely disappointed in Europcar. There is also no way to speak to someone at customer service.

I have spoken to Vodacom Business call centre agents Felicia, Faith and Kaitlyn numerous times over the past 3 weeks about a billing error on a Vodacom Business account. I have also sent written complaints via email to Felicia and Kaitlyn. These agents are ignoring my requests for feedback. I am tired of phoning the Vodacom Business helpline just to be promised a call back which never happens. Please Vodacom, assist me in resolving my complaint!
I bought a pair of running shoes online that were delivered promptly. I found the shoes too small and requested an exchange for a larger pair. Again the service was very prompt and friendly. Would recommend.
Order number ********** 68 Bought a laptop and carry bag from DionWired online on 26 November 2017. On 10 December ONLY the carry bag is delivered (14 days after purchase). Still no sign of the laptop. Customer care email address and contact number provides NO ANSWERS!
Sitting in the drive through for more than 10 minutes . Haven't even reached the paypoint. This branch has been poorly managed since the day it opened. Avoid at all costs.

<p>I had a RaceChip Pro 2 module installed in my car.</p> <p> </p> <p>While driving to town to take my daughters to school I floored the pedal to overtake a couple of slow moving vehicles. As I went past the first car (in the oncoming traffic lane) the car went into limp mode. The engine light came on and the car lost power. I was unable to complete the overtaking maneuver and with cars to my left and oncoming traffic I was very fortunate to get the car off the road without incident. This was at standard chip settings and without any additional load or any performance additions to the car except for the chip.</p> <p> </p> <p>This chip as a dangerous addition to any vehicle. It will not fail you while driving leisurely around town, it will fail you when you need it the most. Whether it is during an overtaking maneuver or while towing a caravan up a hill, etc. </p>
