Very bad experience our weekend away was very bad and traumatic the place is full of ****** we were not allowed to enjoy ourselves by playing music ....we tried playing our own music via mobile speaker we were told to switch it off its too loud the only music which was played was for the white once which accommodates them only ... For future reference believe me Magalies park it's a no go area specially for us Blacks I can never refer any one ....very bad experience 😪
I've been taken pillar to post by Telkom simply because i want to change my package i wanted to down grade to an affordable package i called Telkom and i was told to go to any Telkom branch i will get assistance.. I did exactly that i went to 3rivers branch i met a very polite sales assitant unfortunately i didnt get her name, she was helping then the problem was i didnt have my id with me and they couldnt use a drivers licence we agreed I'll come back the following day suprising on my arrival the next day i met another sales lady the other one is not around guess what i was then told a different story so im just ****ed off with Telkom there are plenty of service providers out there I'll just cancel the contract then move , i get bored by this shop assistants and call centre i can't take this any longer ... Worse i have wrote about 2emails still no respond...telkom only cares for themselves they love our money cause we bring business but when you need assistance its a problem n***xx they can go to hell for all i care im just gone cancel their Debit order maybe in this case I'll get their attention and unfortunately it will be too late by then....
I took a loan from nedbank in 2018 Sept , then 2022 Sept was suppoesd to be my final month of repayment , because of covid i was 3months behind and it was declared official by the president that none of increase or interest will be added what so ever as everyone was home not working.... To cut my story short this criminals of Nedbank they think their too clever im expecting my letter of confirmation from them to confirm that i nonlongernowe them, guess what now they told me im still behind of R8k of what only god knows they claim that before i take the loan i had a balance with them actually they are just telling me nonsense i cant even express how ****ed i am Nedbank its a crimal zone skelems crooks their so manipulative *******s....
Since yesterday without internet , i dont owe them a cent but then im struggling to get my benefits, they couldn't hardly communicate with their clients.
I have lodges a claim 2weeks ago im being taken pillar to post wondering whats the problem to even today im still waiting
I joined them insuring my brand new car in March 2022, now i need their help they tell me a story which doesnt make sense at all, how on earth will i agree on such a huge access payment of R16 i have never had such access in my entire history when coming to insurances why now? I logded a claim with them they tell me my claim is less than my access so why will i pay insurance if they cant help me i feel robbed on a day light worse they never send me policy document i only receive policy document now , the ameded one they even decided on my behalf to amend my policy im so ****ed off this is not fair at all, why they didnt send me a policy document before.....
The management should upgrade the level at the reception, check-in process its so frustrating we have been here since 14h00 till now we havent received our rooms....
Stdbank debited my acc which i told them im weeks before my debit order date that im counseling the insurance, i went to the branch to reverse my money i was told that they cant do it only head office can , i was also given a proof in black and white that i cancelled the policy, i don't know why stdbank took money cause now i had to wait for days to ger my refund, i betnif stdbank persist with this service they gona loose my clients... The worst happend on my arrival at the branch i met a horrible consultant , the worst scenario the consultant almost gave away my id to another client, to cut the long story short Stdbank Vereenining branch your service sucks shame not sure if you're short staffed or you're incompeten... Stdbank Vereenining branch the service is so poooooooooor ....
Im writing on behalf of my mum a pensioner, Ackermans took advantage of an elderly, my mum paid all her instalments she paid full to the extent that she even paid upfront un aware , few days later she went to Vaalmall branch to asked them to close the acc she was then told that she still has outstanding to pay she provided a proof of payment she was told to email it to head office , few days later head office said they couldn't see any proof of purchase she should resend the proof of payment again, my mum sent a full bank statement whivh shows all the transactions to my suprise my mum is been taken for a ride from pillar to post its so difficult for Ackermans to refund the extra money which was paid by the client(my mum) can someone help in regard my mum cannot be robbed like this...
I had an accident in their shop they only called to say SORRY whereas i lost my vauables, they just ignored me, the last time i had conversation with them was on the 15th June till today they have said nothing. Boxer is covering for thugs and their unprofessional mangement to ignore customers they expect me to accept SORRY i lost my valuables in there premises and they failed me when i asked for the footage.
