It's Monday we understand but business and customer service is key. Tjerrr some people specifically Phumi or Mpumi whatever her name is, is asking me about prices as if I'm working at the shop. Asking me about brands.She really needs to be taught about good customer service. Thanks God for the other guy who helped me who understands why he is at work. Shape up or ship out girl. Otherwise you will cost Cashbuild customers!!!
There is a competition running at BP filling stations. You scan your till slip and send to them. Firstly it was a win a mini Cooper ,then now it's now a R3 000 voucher bundle. A petrol refill of R600 with the first one to win a mini Cooper and R350 for R3000 bundle. This competitions seems like a ****. If it's their marketing strategy it's really dumb. With my latest fill up for R350, then they say the receipt has been used. I resend it again and then they say they will verify the receipt within 7 days. Are you for real BP filling stations? This needs an investigation π π

They don't make business sense. How do you tell customers that you can't and won't give calendars because you sell building material ans have no money for that? Disgusting for such big prominent business
Very disgusting sales lady. Who doesn't know why she is working in rhe shop. She doesn't care about customers neither know what is in the shop. She was wearing a pink outfit light in complexion. No smile,in a stupor mode. Dear lady look for another job otherwise you are going to cost Mr Price customers. I got the daily planner at Mr Price Keywest because I knew Mr Price has it. Shape up or ship our. You are a disgrace.
No respect for consumers/ their customers. They recently had a sale,but items were already finished two days before sale end date. Really this is uncalled for. Iyooo the manager at Westgate today could not even try to convince me positively. ππΌππΌππΌππΌ Change your attitudes towards your customers π
Yokohama I've been waiting for Thabisile an hour ago since she went on lunch. Apparently she is the only one to help at the RCS desk. This is disappointing and disgusting π«£
I had a very excellent service with Gugu Mathe who helped me whole heartedly with a smile throughout. I wish everyone could be like her.Big ups Gugu and Nedbank.I really loved the service I got/received. ππππβ
Capitec Bank please pull up your socks. today i rushed to Capitec in Tambotie Mall Randfontein, I got a very disgusting service from one lady who couldn't wait to get rid of me. There is a new bank coming but some people are still doing what they do. I even want to change the bank. Yes you get good service from others but some really are a disgrace. I couldn't be given a reference number.
I don't know what goes on in the minds of tellers. What's worse is that she is very young. No name tag,arrogant,doesn't know prices and even if you tell her,she was still adamant that it's not her fault. I even went and fetch the price at the shelve. She must be retrained. Or leave the retail shops ,it seems as if she is wrongly placed.
