Bad , poor and pathetic service from checkers Sixty60 I placed an order and monitored the progress contacted the help center and no help was granted after that they canceled my order without communication now they telling me I will get my refund after 7 working days I need my refund ASAP items were purchased for Christmas
I transferred money from easypay to tymebank since yesterday around 4am the money is not reflecting i contacted them they told me about 24hours now 24hours lapsed I called again they are telling me about 72hours ***** and ****med they dont even validate or check your account number or anything they telling you that so that you can end the call unprofessional Team leader or supervisor who speaks over the customer told me whether I take it to hello Peter or bank ombudsman she won't assist
Been trying to contact standard bank insurance 4 times already for ammendments on my policy I'm placed on hold for more than 40minutes they keep on transferring me to someone else then I hold forever . Pathetic service ever .
I don't know what is happening with Rain lately been asking for my internet invoice since I don't know when I have logged 5 if not 6 tickets with them no response 😐 they are busy saying an agent will get back to me since then until now when I call them no answer not sure what more I must cause even last month it was the same story and I need to submit my internet claim .
There were transactions made on the 19th of December by ubereats of which they were pending according to Ubereats it was transactional hold which was supposed to be corrected back to my account yesterday 26/12/2024 1 transaction was corrected back to my account I spoke to Clinton via chats who then transferred me to his manager Sthembile both of them they are saying 2 different things meaning Capitec is failing to provide feedback or to help . The transaction that was paid is the 1 that took place lastly so called manager is now telling me to contact Ubereats yet Ubereats is saying i need to check with the bank now I'm caught in the middle
Ubereats and ***** , I placed 2 orders on Ubereats on the 19th of December of which I had an active voucher of R500 when the order was processed they took money from my account and from the voucher when I claim back the money they are saying it's an authorization hold I need to contact the bank when I contact the bank they say I need to contact Ubereats it's back and forth while money is not being reversed back an amount of R225 and R246 .
I bought TV box beginning of November it was faulty I logged a return and they delivered another one the new TV box worked for +-3days after it was faulty again I asked for a refund of which I was told on the 27th of November that funds will reflect in 3-5 working and none of that happened I have been sending them emails and they are telling that funds will reflect . Takealot is selling faulty items and they are failing to refund us .
I made a claim on the 23rd of September for 2 pot after that on the 17th of October I got a massage that Sars has confirmed everything money was supposed to be paid out 4 days after that until today nothing I called, emailed and even sent messages on their tiktok account Old mutual is a **** I hope our employers can move us from this company no payout, no response nothing they read and ignore.
