I went to McDonald the one at kgosi mampuru and Visagie in Pretoria..worst experience ever went on drive through only to be told that they don’t have ice cream ..why not put a note had to queue on the drive through for nothing and worse experience is the the guy name khutso/thapelo laughing at me when I was trying to place an order it was the most horrible client experience

I have requested a replacement card on Monday and got a message on Tuesday that my car will be delivered, till today I called the bank and spoke to Mpho and she kept me onhold and blind transfer to DVS to check where the card is I was kept onhold for more than 10 minutes and call was cut and no one had the decency to call back I still don't have a card and want to use it

Took a policy to start 1/06/2025 but after a careful consideration decided to cancel policy before it started on the 27th of May but policy was debited on the 1st of June , and then they still debited again today even after cancellation when I called I was told policy was not cancelled as per request they will phone but no one has called.I need my refund please
I bought the muller sandals on the 12th of March when they had a 50%sale online…I up the size to an 8 because I wear size 7,my order was delivered today and the shoes doesn’t fit properly even though it’s 1 size up ..called the store in menlyn to advise that I just want to just exchange only Iam not looking for a refund just exchange I got the shock of my life that they wont exchange them at all..where is TCF in all this?what must I do with them?I think the ombudsman needs to hear about this..this is unfairness
I was at Woolworths wonderpark this afternoon and the queues are long obviously due to festive season …had an ice cream so by the time I got to the till it had already melted so I asked one on the ladies that work there to exchange it for me ..and she looked at me and just laughed at me nodding her head that why must we change it ..it was so rude to treat customers like that
Visited Makro Wonderboom on the 25th of November 2024 and it was around 17:31,while my family and busy shopping right on the isle there was a cat inside the store,, and what made matters worse it was that the store doesn’t allow any pets but there was a cat inside the shop..i didn’t enjoy my shopping as Iam terrified of cats and why it was roaming around the store nobody knows we even called person that works there and he advised that he was also shocked..my experience today was horrible I don’t think I will go there again
I has a knee injury and had to go do an x ray,I must say the staff were friendly but most importantly I would like to thank Nthabiseng at the Radiology reception,she was patient and kept me updated,smiling her service was exceptional…she really does her job well
