Poor service at Maponya Mall
Today I got to experience the worst experience at Maponya, the 2 ladies working there aren't professional n don't care about servicing customers or giving great service...I was there for a refund but got sent back twice cause apparently it gets offline when you refund. I even suggested they call the nearest shop so I can go to them but refused n didn't bother. Was made a fool while they laughed. Other customers wanted to purchase, enquire about items but they were too busy focusing on gossip than attending other customers.. how do 2 sales assist one customers in buying a face cloth🙄🙄 Poor sales ladies.

The service received from Chicken Licken Southgate was exceptional from the whole team...it was a vibe n sure gad a great time n the food was great.

Lehlogonolo Masithe has been nothing but great help in this journey of getting a home...She loves her job,very confident, always communicating, available to assist n advise when you need her❤️I must say,she's an asset to the company n I sure will be recommending people. Steers Maponya Mall with the worst service👎👎
I placed an order from Steers Maponya mall at 20:19 as it was the only one available to deliver...it's 21:25 n still no delivery... At 21:07 I got a call telling me they won't be able eo deliver when I called before 9pm to enquire about it n they confirmed its on the way... I spoke to some guy who called the manager Thapelo n they both made me fools...the manager worse because he didn't want to resolve but came with excuses n laughing at me. I'm so disappointed 😞 very angry I am,im a customer they making a fool...they said they'll call me n now I'm still waiting with a hungry child who won't even have a lunch tin for school tomorrow. Never again will I be supportive of that particular store.

Worst service
The service at Roman's pizza Protea Glen is just the worst...whether you order for collection or go personally you'll still have to wait over 30minutes,not even for a pizza but waiting too long for just 1 pizza pie... always disappointed with their service every time I go there. The cashier Happiness was just all over the place, giving attitude, impatient n making payment mistakes.

Failure to exchange n Bad attitude and service given by the manager
Went to a Mr Price Ferndale on Republic yesterday 17:44 bought a beanie for kiddies and winter tights(XL) the cashier was great n even advised that those winter tights if they don't fit I should bring them back as the cuts might be small but assured that an extra large would fit me as a size 38 lady and it's biggest size they have...this morning I tried them on but couldn't even go above my hips,had the receipt and tights properly packaged but when I went back to the store,the manager Olga said it's underwear n can't exchange...I don't know since when have tights became underwear🤷we buy jeans,tights,shorts that we not sure of the size n fit them at home n send them back but that's not a problem but exchanging winter tights it's an issue...That Olga lady gave me a nasty attitude,made me a fool n laughed at me with her security lady,sent me out n mentioned that I'm just wasting her time. I'm very much disappointed at the service she gave me cause it was unnecessary and uncalled for... I work in a retail store n the service given was unprofessional...
