Spar Belair needs to sort out their integrated machines because they've double charged me again, I swiped the 1st time, it took long so the cashier canceled the transaction and made me swipe again only to find out that the funds deducted twice, it's the 2nd time this has happened in 3months
I bought their pizza for the 2nd time in the space of a couple of weeks, still very disappointed at the drop in quality of their product. Their base is extremely flat and the pizza is dry. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone anymore because the prices are high but they've compromised on quality.
I completed my outgoing inspection report on the 04.12 2024 and sent it through to 5 people employed by our home. I've done 2 follow ups with them via mail and still no response. It is extremely unprofessional especially considering the fact that rent was never late but when it comes to getting any response with regards to my deposit they're ignoring me. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I'm receiving and it feels like they're trying to keep me from getting my deposit money. Never again.

I app**** for a phone twice with telkom, once in store and the other application is currently online. Telkom steeldale kept sending me from pillar to post for a month however the delay was on their side im sure they gave me 5 dates where they said the phone would be ready but wasnt and we ended up canceling because they couldnt give me the product due to a system error they said so i attempted online last week and a telkom consultant contacted me and said i should receive a mandate request in 48hrs which has elapsed already and then they called me yesterday to ask me to restart my application to verify my identity which didnt make sense as i provided ALL my info and then they hung up mid call. I am really unhappy that being as patient as ive been for over a month i still dont have a phone.
I ordered a meaty triple decker from debonairs Carletonville last night for delivery and once delivered it was literally cheese and bread. It was flat and i was utterly disappointed. 3weeks ago i had ordered a meaty cram decker for collection and it was very good. Why is there a big contrast between collection and delivery?
I applied for a fridge on credit, the person assisting me said as soon as it gets approved they'll book it for delivery for that day if its in the morning or the following day. It got approved on the 30th of December 2022. Today is the 7th of Jan 2023. I called the store to enquire during the week and yesterday 6 Jan and they said i should receive my delivery on that day or the day after which is today, so i called again today the 7th of Jan and spoke to two people and the store can't give me an answer as to whether they have the fridge in store or if its been dispatched for delivery, i asked them to call me back as soon as they check on the system and they haven't. I'm frustrated to say the least because i had made arrangements at work to work from home so i can be available when they deliver the fridge. Isn't their policy to deliver between 2-5 days and if the item was not instore couldn't they have referred me to a different branch or store?
I bought a television on takealot and it was delivered to the depot the next day and everything about it is perfect. The service from placing the order to collecting was so efficient.
I bought two chinos priced at R199.99 each, when i got home and viewed my receipt that they sent via mail, i noticed they charged me R219.99 per Chino, I'm not happy at all maybe this is probably why they send receipts via email
Hi, I ordered a chicken licken chicwich sandwich and specifically told them not to add tomatoes on the sandwich as my partner doesn't eat Tomato but likes the sandwich however for the second time in the space of 2-3 weeks they disregarded my request and i had to give the food to someone else. Vey disappointed with the service it seems like they cant make changes to our orders
