Don't deal with this company. Rude call centre agents. Obscure service provider. No monthly statements. No responses to email. Worst after service I've ever come across.
I only have two insurance products with Budget and about to add another one. I've informed them I'm changing banks, they've loaded SIXπ²ππ½ββοΈ debit order mandates against my new account. ALL with wrong dates and some with wrong amounts. I called on Friday to ask them to delete these incorrect mandates and was promised someone from activations would call, instead I have been called by 2 customer service people responding to an sms reply about the service received, and bombarded with sms to authorise 2 mandates that have wrong dates in them. If these 6 mandates are not removed by Friday to upload the correct ones, I am cancelling all three products.
My experience has been different from the ones expressed here. True, the wait is long if you don't make an appointment or you're late. Their pricing model is competitive, hence the long lines. Yes, you will pay more than the advertised price for extras like removing old nail polish and lashes. So budget an extra R100 or so, and maybe they should mention this when they advertise. They do a thorough clean up of the place in the morning; floors, chairs, vanity desks, etc. I got there too early. My nails look stunning. I went back last week. My lashes lasted 3 weeks. My toenails are in their 5th week. Haven't tried their hair ladies yet. Shout out to nail techs Pam, Nomsa and S'ne.
Guys, I emailed a request to change my debit order details to my new bank account on 29 May and Lulama Bless | Service Centre Agent only responded on 16 June to say I'd be contacted but there's been no contact from yourselves. I have stopped the debit order mandate at my old bank as that account is being closed. The next thing you'll be declining my claims for the policy being in arrears. Not goodπ

It's been over 20 working days and zero communication from you. What in the credit hell is this!?ππ
I paid this company twice and received no acknowledgement of the payments, no service was rendered either.
You have me listed for a Vodacom debt that was in dispute and has prescribed. It has been removed by other credit bureaus and yet still reflects in your records. Why do you do this?
Ref CDF-34005: I've been trying to lodge a dispute with this obscure credit bureau since Monday and I keep getting a technical error message. I suspect you have me listed for an account that has either prescribed or one where you were instructed to remove the listing. Could you advise what adverse information you have on me as my credit record is clear at Experian and TransUnion?

I'd been using a DAW382 Defy 6Kg Front Loader Washing Machine - Manhattan Grey for about 5 years and it was quiet. This newly acquired 7kg is just too noisy. Is this normal?
