Can i have my refund tomorrow. its easy to debit immediately when you buy using card when you return staff you will be questioned why not taking something elses next thing its the worse you have to wait 7 days for a refund i need my money it came off immediately it must be returned immediately we are now forced to carry cash to your store coz when we use cards we are ****med ka 7days
Very frustrated with Kia Edenvale. took my car on wednesday they keep if for whole day until 5 oclock to be told that i must bring it some other time they will call me as we waiting for some parts they dnt have and waiting for insurance to approve some other claims . Thursday i received Email stating that my claim has been approved from innovation group. no call from Kia. Friday decided to passby to my suprise all the parts are and theres no phone call to inform me . Left my car friday morning received a call to come collect my car 16:30 i took uber which costs me R70 to get to edenvale to my suprise car is lifted up with no wheels i asked Jaco which car im fetching he went out came back informing me that i will get my car on Monday. this really not acceptable i need to use my car i have emergencies to attend to. i asked foe curtesy car i was told Head office is close without them checking if theres anyone in the office still . I need to have a car weekend
MTN branch eastrand mall service is very ppor. you stand in the Que while staff is busy chit chatting there is absolutely no sense of urgency. Front desk they bisy hugging their friends and screeming at people passing π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π‘ very ****ed
