I went to kfc on Tuesday the 13th may between 12 and 14 to get a streetwise 2. That R40 meal nearly killed me. I started feeling unwell about 2 hour later with cramps, nausea. Hours later I started vomiting and running to the bathroom. I did not sleep that night. Today is Friday the 16 and only day I can keep food down and feeling a lot better. The chicken must have been off but masked by the spices. I would have died and these people don’t car what they feed customers because they are interested in is the sale. R39,99 would have been the end of me. Be careful what you eat out there
Slow inefficient, they take their time to fix a problem and to resolve issueS. Lies is all they pass on forgetting that one has proof. I’m still waiting for a manager to communicate with me sim the 8th, they said the manager would call me back in 2 min. It’s now 13 days not to mention I drove to the head office on Friday to lies and stories again. They are holding my money and I don’t have membership. As lawyers who know the law they are breaking it in event way possible. Eapecially by imploring people who always say they know nothing.
Even the one start is not deserving of their rudeness and obedience y in resolving a clients distress call. Communication skills and wrong information entered on the system by themselves has caused us pain. They are refusing to resolve our emergency.
I was accused of *****ing buy a security at Benmore branch. It’s been months that they ignore me. Their head office refers it to the security company. They admit that it was a mistake on the security’s part. It was their shop. I’m a client. They expect me to resolve it with the security company they employed. I she been a customer for many years and well know to some of the stuff members. If I was another race they would have addressed the incident
I would like to say thank you to makro rivers sands for finally resolving my issue. From the GM to the manager on duty and the stuff for the making me feel like I was an award winner on the red carpet. I felt special and important. Thanks and makro river sands. I have never ever received that treatment in any other store. They took their time to know I was in the store although we had never met not to mention they awaiting my daughter and my entry into the store and welcomed me as if I was a VVIP. Thank you makro river sands team. You have me as your client for life.

Here we go again with this outsurance. Always trying to steal from clients that pay a whole lot of money for insurance. I bout my stuff for much more than what they are replacing it with. Expensive and they give you cheaper. NOOOoooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!! I thought your client comes first but I guess profit first right!!!!!!!!!!
