Package not delivered stating consignee not avalible past saterday, I WAS AT HOME WAITING, NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL. THIS IS PRETORIA BRANCH. FORGET CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE NO ONE PICKS UP.W TRACKING JUST SAYS OUT ON COURIOR VEHICLE SAME AS SATERDAY. TRIED CALLING NOW AGAIN NO ANSWER. TRACK no Z30004916335. I.m not happy thiw is not 1st time this has happened
Very bad service , not getting any info on a claim value its been 4 working days since last week Wednesday 15 October. Really this is not on , absolutely useless.
I phoned the absa verification no about 10 times over 45min, says putting u through to consultant then disconnects. Got through 1 time asked call centre give card verification dept to get ly salsung wallet linked, NO CALL BACK AY ALL. Tgied ABSAFB they read the lessages snd dont reply at all. REALLY ABSA IS THIS HOW U TREAT CLIENTS WHOM NEED YOUR HELP.
This company is really bad at delivering items on time , get WA saying delivery 18 11 2024 then nothing happens, out for delivery 20 11 2024 and yet again no delivery . this company needs to sort out their issues , really useless
Worst service experience ever. Had my Chery pro 8 serviced yesteday8 Oct 2024. 1. On inspection i found oil was waisted on engine cover and was not cleaned i had to get mechanic to clean it. 2. Service km on computer was not reset I HAD TO DO IT MYSELF. 3. At home this morning i found two engine bay plastic cover plastic retainers missing , 1 was loose on top of the engine cover the other one is missing. i really expected more , compared to another dealer i used in Polokwane YOU ARE WAY LACKING CALL ME ASAP
wifi off in Gauteng / Pta area since 4 am this morning and still off , whats the issue i have to keep sending messages to get feedback on any progress , customer care very helpful but no feedback on progress from home connect , this is really not on at least tell us what the issue is and for how long ,
Old Mutual i am continiously getting bad service from you, i even logged 2 complaints on your web site, nothing happens no one contacts me , it just goes into a black hole. my Old mutual adviser is also trying to get hold of people in old mutual to correct issues i have with incorrect PAYE tax app**** to my policy's, i been nearly a week with no contact at all, this is unacceptable for what was the best company , you need to get your act together . Contact me directly to give you the details via email . WHATS GOING ON WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IM REALLY DISAPPOINTED . THIS IS NOT THE OLD MUTUAL SERVICE I EXPECT. i Have a persons name not responding at all to my consultant request for assistance.
Absolutely worst service and consumer feedback ever , going on pension suppose to be nice and peaceful , old mutual not coming to the party
