Just had to find out some answers re my current premium and was helped by Yanni in the Underwriting Department, and what a wonderful experience it was. He explained everything clearly and gave me the various options for me to think about. Its is such a pleasure talking to OUTsurance so far, the people I have been in contact with are always so nice.
I have used FirstShop over a few years now when ordering my printer ink and found them both on the ball and really prompt with their deliveries. You are kept informed all the way and have no doubt what hspprning or where your order is.
Today my wife and I headed to our favorite eatery within Woolworths at La Lucia Mall Durban. The Woolworths Cafe has always had a very nice menue with some of our favorite meals. Today we were surprised that they had swopped over to a "Winter Menu" a far smaller selection of meals, we have never seen this before.my wife order the Corn & Cheese waffle and I had the Crispy Bacon Omelette and Chips extra. The Omelette resembled a yellow 2mm rubber mat, that tasted and looked totally unappertising, how anyone could describe it as an omelette it ceases to amaze me. I brought it to the attention of the waiting staff. MY eifes meal was of Woolworths notmal standard.
I question the validity of whether Kensington Super Spar call really call its self super. They cut to many corners. Once again I must complain in regards their top of range McCoy pies, bought one of their sausage rolls and found that the puff pastry contained one tiny smoked Vienna sausage, this is not a sausage roll.
Once again I went for a PET Scsn at Lake, Smit and Partners at Gateway Busamed Hospital. The information they send prior to scann is informative and leaves no doubt as to what you must do prior to scan. Fatima at reception was her pleasant self always having a welcoming smile. The handle my concerns with care a attention , they then hsnded me overvto Patrick who again was wonderful in handling my conerns, all the others unfortunately not all had name tags so can not name personally but they were wonderful. Foe rhose who do not like PET scan machine join the club, but after they sedative and this time leaving my hearing aids in was able to listen to my music from my cell left with my clothes this helped a lot. I did ask for continual communication whilst being scanned ti reduce my phobia which unfortunately did not occur. Regardsless once again a great experience and thanks again to all the wonderful staff. The other wonderful thing that they also do is keep all your records and scans or xrays on line which is wonderful as when you want to see them or you see other doctors they can easily view them.
Went to Tiger Wheel &Tyre at La Lucia Mall Durban to have a Monentum Safety check prior to a long trip and ended up purchasing 4 new tyre's even though my tyres had about 10000klms of tread left. Reason given my tyres were to old and due owriod stored during covid made them unsafe. Felt unconfortable about the whole pitch, but as I was driving to East London was pressurized into not taking a chance. Then all the little ex extras they add on. I asked does the price quoted include my balancing and alignment eyc they said yes, then hit me a further R650 for 2 min adjustment to my camber. Then I found out they put nitrogen into my tyres and charged another R40 per tyre, new valves R26.11, Momentum Safety check R99.00. All in all not a nice experience. They should try to be more open as to what the price of tyres covers.
After being recomended pop in to Tyre Mart Port Alfred to check my tyres alignment what a lovely welcoming service I had.
I have dealt with Samsung Repair Centre Umhlanga Rocks for quite a while their service I have found is good but their operations criteria frustrating. They will only service or pick up unit pn certai days depending on the area you may live, which is understanable. What though is very frustrating is that on day of service or pick up they will confirm day of arrival but not actual time until half hour before arrival. So for multiple days you could sit the whole day awaiting their technicians or pick up and only when they phone 30 mins prior arrival. If they could cut the day and 30 mins notification into morning or afternoon it would be less frustrating and minermise customers wasted time.
They picked up some shoes from Kingsmead Jhb on 28/10 and were still there in their hands 9/11 in their Jhb hub. Tried phoning wait to get to front of que just as I got there they put me to back of que.Tried sending emails to their support team no response. This went on for days. Avoid using them they do not care for you or your courier item.
I was taken yesterday to Busamed Emergency dept at their Umhlanga hospital what wondeful people could not have been more pleasant from Dr Symonds, Dr Van Der Merwe and Selwyn and all the front of house staff sorry I can not remember your names but thank for helping me in a time of crisis.
