Can we talk about how Spar Arcadia repackage old rotten meat and sells it. Almost every meat sold at that Spar with Spar label is not fresh. Everything is just about to expire in few days. But also doesn't make sense that it has already expired and also gives it "a used by title " knowing very well their repackaged meat is already gone off.Just here to alert consumers about what Spar does and doesn't consider our health. All of their repackaged meat just has an off taste and smell.
Can i please be assisted regarding login my portal, i have sent emails on week 1 with no response. I had asked for my numbers to be updated to 27737814974 so I can be able to login, cause when I try to login in with my tertiary email it doesn't go through its unrecognizable since the Microsoft authentication app doesn't recognize my email. The only way to login is through my number if it gets updated.

Despite the potential for an excellent education platform, my journey has been marred by unresponsive and unhelpful interactions, particularly with student advisors. My ordeal began with technical issues accessing my student portals, a critical component for my studies. Upon requesting to be moved to a later study block, anticipating a resolution, I was met with a stark lack of empathy or assistance. The response that i got sounded like "it's my problem" since I was already registered they said so there is nothing they can do, was not only unhelpful but also showed a concerning disregard for student welfare. Efforts to escalate the issue were futile. Phone calls to the tertiary institution went unanswered for weeks, until a sponsor intervened, managing to get through to a lady called Dineo. Even then, we were redirected back to my student advisor, Nhlanhla, with promises of escalation to IT that led nowhere. With block 1 ending and no progress, it's apparent that there's a systemic issue of neglect and inefficiency. I had approached the situation with respect and patience, reaching out multiple times in hopes of a resolution. However, it became clear that my student advisor had little interest in addressing my concerns. This has not only hindered my education but has also led to unnecessary stress and frustration. Writing on platforms like Hello Peter seems to be the last resort for many students seeking help, indicating a broader issue within the institution regarding student support. It's disheartening to see that getting assistance requires public exposure of the issues faced. This experience has led me to question the value of the investment in Eduvos Private Tertiary. The lack of support and accountability from those appointed to guide and assist students is alarming. It reflects poorly on the institution's commitment to providing a conducive learning environment. To prospective students, I urge caution and thorough research into the student support services of any tertiary institution. Education is a significant investment of time and resources, and the support provided by the institution plays a crucial role in the overall learning experience. Unfortunately, Eduvos Private Tertiary has fallen short in this regard.( Pretoria Campus).
Cell C and not updating payments on their system I wonder where does our money go to cause when I as I customer try to contact them and tell them about this issue they don't listen and act like there is nothing like that. Shocking thing is that as soon as they speak to someone working at Cell C store that's when they Change their behaviour and willing to update payments its the second time this happens & my payment is not updated yet since I paid in November no update on the bill yet. All of a sudden now when I'm trying to pay they made their website to say payments will be duplicate when you pay before the due date and it won't let you pay, someone is very fishy about this cell C thing.
I have experienced consistent rudeness from the manager without any apparent reason. Furthermore, there have been instances where the manager entered my room without my presence, creating an invasion of privacy. Additionally, I am deeply concerned about the disappearance of my clothing from my room. Despite initially letting it slide, I was shocked to discover the missing clothes, including my Fila sneakers, in a dirty condition upon my return to TMM Lofts in November. To this date, my sneakers remain missing, causing significant distress. I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction and advise fellow students to exercise caution when considering TMM Lofts Hatfield. The manager's actions, potentially involving theft, raise serious concerns, especially since they hold spare keys to residents' rooms. Moreover, the persistent issue with the malfunctioning wifi is inconvenient and disrupts the overall living experience. It is disheartening to encounter wifi problems on a monthly basis. Additionally, the consistent lack of hot water throughout winter adds to the discomfort faced by residents.

Biggest **** cellular company ever! Vodacom handed me to their lawyer and removed me from vodacom without noticing me. First of all I pay month end but they decided to cancel my contract on the first week of the month. What I don't like about vodacom is their customer service people being ******, my contract amount my increased without my knowledge when I immediately saw an email confirming the increase ment I immediately called customer care to fix that increased amount and they confirmed that they fixed it. My surprise when my bill cokes they never did, I even went to the vodacom branch to get helped but they then referred me to the customer service people who didn't want to help me. I unfortunately couldn't keep up with the monthly installment I owe 3 months and my phone was ****** within that 3months vodacom had canceled my contract and I wasn't either allowed to pay the full amount I now owe and claim a new phone, now I must pay for a phone I don't have and its installment was increased without my consent. Vodacom is a big ****, I don't encourage people to a customer at vodacom at all. Also I tried reaching out to the lawyers to handed my contract to but vodacom customer care refused to give me their contact details till to date and also refused me to pay the amount in errors and said the lawyers will reach out to me till to date they haven't and I don't have a phone so I don't know know how those people will call me. I'm really an unhappy customer and this whole this is affecting my credit score..
Very disappointed at your customer service workers, so on Tuesday this week I attempted to apply for a dispute via a call and this specific lady pretend like she's helping me without even doing anything. After the call I assumed that there is something fishy since I haven't even received any confirmation regarding the dispute or anything. And my assumptions were right. Yesterday which was Thursday I called again to check how the dispute process is so far and I found another inconsistent worker who just went quite after taking my details and put me through to rate her but didn't even help me with anything. I then made another call and this time I got some lady who helped me this time and not pretending to help me like some of your workers did. What's strange is when she check on the system there was no dispute that was app**** for rather than your lazy workers who gives false hope and get paid for doing absolutely nothing, I appreciate the effort and honesty the lady put to help me yesterday she sent me a dispute form and said I should fill it in and send it back now I'm just waiting for further communications from the dispute department. After the dispute I might just close this standard bank account since it's not worth it, the bank as a brand might just go down cause of the people you hire who doesn't care about customer service and being honest. Most of your workers just doesn't want to work I don't understand how they got employed. I advice people to stay away from this bank as it's already a chaotic I guess also I'm going to wait for years for my matter to be resolved.
Parcel got delivered damaged to a client. I just want a new suitcase or money to buy another suitcase cause that's not how the suitcase was when I sent it. I also have to mention how arrogant your workers are at hatfield and don't know customer service at all. I paid R120,75 for overnight delivery and wasn't advised with anything now all of a sudden I'm asked if I insured the suitcase, my question is why didn’t the person that helped me mention insurance & what my R120,75 included, I was helped by Paul. What I want is a new suitcase or money to buy a suitcase since it was damaged with no explanation how it got damaged.
