This is about 9 months.Complaining.About a tree standing outside our yard.And making damage to my property and road I've been 7 times into tshwane And all they say they will come out give a reference number and nothing happens.I even put on a community group.And all they say they will come back to me but nothing happens.So can you please tell me what's happening if the tree falls who's to blame?

Good evening. I am very dissapointed in FNB. I have been with you guys for many years. I bought my first house and you are starting to give me many doubts. We app**** for a home loan through Nicolene Van Niekerk, we filled in everything with my bank acount number ending with 2424,, i also sent her a whatsapp on the 6th of October to confirm my details, she checked and everything was in order. On the 31st October the debit wasnt off, i went on the FNB secure chat and asked why it didnt go through (i have proof) they told me please be advised that there are delays with the debit orders, it will go off on monday(03/11/2025), and it still didnt go throug. I phoned FNB and was told that the debit bounced because of the wrong acount(savings pocket acount, which you CANNOT debit from). I immediatly tranfered the amount into the home loan acount. Now they are accusing each other and me and i lose my EBUCKS. This is unacceptable, i will run with this, i have the proof, i think this is not the right way to do thing. I regret ever having an account with FNB, now i see when push comes to shove, FNB will do the same as any other institution, you have any exuse to not pay your consumers what is owed.

on the 7august this plase took r6299 on may rcs card and payd it back on the 27august i phone this plase thy cant help me because i domt have no acount with them i asked ho told them thy can take from may acount i have never bayd enithing from them and ill thy can say i am sorry this is a ***** case and i want i case ro be open i will mot leave it there
