I'm so disappointed
I called and I asked for cancellation and refund the consultant told me he can't refund me cause I'm already covered how so while I don't have a proof that I'm covered if anything happens you will be taking me up and down for nothing refund my money please and cancel that Debi check I'm so disappointed on the services you guys have offered been asking for policy documents even today i haven't received anything please refund my money today I'm done with you.

poor service
I regret why i came back to standard bank their service numbers can't connect you through customer service agent 0860 123 000 I've been calling since morning with an emergency i have on the app but still nothing is happening, the only way to get thru standard bank is Hello peter I'm heartbroken honestly, you just lost a customer again

***** LOAN COMPANY
i was applying for a Loan to only to find out they not giving out loans they find you a loan company to lend you which is something they not telling you on their contact even over the phone you get promised heaven, but you don't get to see it. they send debit check mandates for you to accept before you get a loan, they debit your money a day later they tell you that you don't qualify but they did say we help blacklisted, low credit score, now my R250 its gone and they not replying to my WhatsApp and emails. i cat even reverse the money lost this is so painful, that money was for transport to go to work now I'm busy asking people money for transport which really makes me look bad , i trusted Capital loans that they will assist but they now put me under pressure and Mashonisa debt. i want my money.

I'm so dissaponted with Hollywoobets I've been requesting assistance since from 28th Nove 23 but everyone keeps telling me the same thing that my money will be reversed it has been escalated they have problems with Absa even today I keep on calling the is no progress or constructive feedback that can give me hope. I'm so disappointed very disappointed

I called Telkom (Openserve) to cancel my service with them they told me its cancelled due to my credit score, but now I have been getting messages from them with other people's names address and emails confirmation the package deals they received any payments due.

Refund and cancelled policies
I recently cancelled my polices with you and asked to cancel the Debi check to avoid any deductions but Saturday morning 23/06/2023 I received bank notifications from Assupol, I spoke to one of your consultants to assist with refund she asked to send her an email which I did on 26/06/2023. I have never received my money or any response from her please I want my money back. I tried calling your customer service several times no one is willing to assist i get transferred from one department to another. Refund my money and stop debiting from my account.

Daveyton standard bank service is poor quest are long inside and out we tried complaining to the manager he's not available one is saying anything if they short stuffed lazy to work or they want to assist at all
