Worst service received from hippo advisory , this past Saturday I took up a medical aid for my mum and sister, the agent on the call said she will procure the previous membership certificate or she will call us and do a conference call, I did tell her my dad is the main member but can they speak to my mother as she was a dependent, she agree, now I am hearing stories that they need to speak to him, what I have trying to be telling them, he is working in an area where it will be difficult to get hold off him and I have been asking for a manager to call back, however no one called, even they said they called to follow up but no one did. I had canceled our medical insurance to move to them, now we have to get this bull**** service, I want to the call recording off the sales call and will be taking this further.

Worst service, my vehicle had broken down and was parked in my yard, I phoned motorvaps to get the car towed to a rmi approved workshop which is around 20kms away, they said they can't assist as the vehicle is parked at my house and safe area, which I find bull****, I am paying for a plan which is not cheap, and now I had to pay R750 to get the car towed. They claim if the car is on the road then the road side will help, however since the car is in my yard it is safe and I must deal with the towing, for eg if my battery died in the car I will call roadside to assist for them to boost the car and they will have to assist as the battery died, same goes for the towing, plus if I had broken down 100 meters from the house they would have had to assist even tho it is close to the house, so I find it this plan bull**** and just want to make money off you and not helping you in the time off need, I hope this goes to whomever it need and get sorted.
I'm extremely frustrated with telkom, the amount of *****ulent activities that goes on is annoying, my number was ported to mtn and no sms was received for me to decline the port, I went into the store and gateway mall, they said I must go to mtn, mtn said they can't find the number I must go to telkom, I ended call the customer care, the said the store can assist, can anyone assist as its terrible coming from telkom that ***** can easily happen, I need urgent assistance
Terrible service coming from the network and the agents you'll have assisting, now I must sit 24 hours without my fibre line and I had to but 300 data to use to work this is ridiculous, last night it was out for 5 hours now today it went out and now it will be out till it is resolved and it can 24 to 48 hours, that's not how a services provider works and that's not how an agent tells you, it should be resolved, within an 1 hour and be marked as priority 1.
There is a outage in my area, when I called in the consultants states it's an outage, which could be a damaged cable or some sort off issue, and it's the first call from my area, and it was one hour since the issue happened, now it's 5 hours and they still have not resloved it, it's terrible service for a service provider, I know how a services provider runs, if there is an outage it is sorted with an hour or 2 and it is mark as high priority not like what these guys are doing, they need to reimburse us
Worst ****** service received from they technically department, the agent claims that there are no issues with there systems, however I was completing my application and had to approve the DebiCheck, I did it 4 times and I kept on getting an error, then I decided to try on the internet banking, it asked for my log in details, which I have saved it didn't go through and I only tried twice, then I reset my password and did all the selfie verification after that it said something is wrong to visit the nearest branch, and now I can't log into the app as well due to a system issue, which now I must inconvenience myself and go to a branch, the agent told me on the call I locked my profile when I try 3 times or more, but I only tried twice and decided to reset, if they are having an issue they must own up, don't be useless f***k working for nothing, do you'lls ****** job and help customers
False adverti*****t on there subscription plans, for same day or next day delivery, I had activated the premium plan and went to check out, it was not giving me the option for same or next day delivery, I did read the t&c, on these items it doesn't state where it is in stock, so it's not my fault, the option should be there, now I canceled the subscription within 10 minutes of taking it, so please refund my R99 thank you
This is ****** ridiculous coming from an insurance, last year my brother put a claim through due to hitting a pothole and the car being damaged which was repaired by the insurance, this year my dad's vehicle ended up getting written off, now after me purchasing another vehicle to add to the insurance, they advised me they want to cancel the insurance due to to many claims being processed, what must we do that an accident happened, that's the whole reason there is an insurance, now integrisure says that Santam stated they going to cancel it, this is absolutely ridiculous, these insurances are all ****s for them to do that, I have few of my family members on this insurance as well and they going to cancel due to what service we just received, it's terrible
Worst service provided by webuycars riverhorse, yesterday the 24th Jan, I returned a vehicle taken on finance on the 7th of Jan due to an issue, I was advised by the manager he will started the cancelation process for the old vehicle to be completed by Saturday and the new application for the new vehicle will be done on Saturday, today i went in, when they opened, to me finding out there was no cancelation done, due to the negligence of the manager, and they can't assist any further as the manager is off, the manager messed up, they should be able to sort it out, however the second in charge doesn't want to do anything, then they decided to sort the application for the new car in the meantime, however the Finance lady Kirusha kept saying she is to busy to assist, while the other finance lady in the office does nothing, they finance lady kept on assisting new clients and didn't assist us, so now I need to wait till Monday for the vehicle and take a day unpaid due to there negligence, I came from Newcastle to this and had a very little time to do this from Friday till Sunday, however the staff at the branch got no customer service experience, they need to go for training as it is terrible that a client is pushed from pilar to post to sort out something
